I started taking NAD+ and was planning to do short cycles. I am reacting very well to it and am now looking into longer cycles but am slightly worried about methyl group depletion and the risks associated with that. So I was wondering what people do for methylation support. I’m currently taking a generic B complex supplement and am thinking about switching to Lipo C (Bio Boost Plus). I am seeing articles saying this isn’t a big deal and others saying it’s a huge risk. So I figured I’d ask here to see what the consensus is from other self researchers and possibly hear some anecdotal evidence one way or the other.

I have the deficient methylation gene, so I’ve been prescribed this:

I started NAD+ as part of the mitochondrial protocol, just this morning i went from 25mg to 50mg and wow the tingles/rush caught me off guard, shame it only lasted about a minute
