Hi - hope you can help! I’ve been taking nad+ for a little while now. The strength of the product I buy is 100mg in a 10ml vial. I’ve been taking 0.5ml every other day. I just received an order and they’ve send me 500mg. I’ve done some research and it looks like my doseage I’ve been doing is very low, can anyone recommend what dilution and what dose on a 1ml insulin syringe is optimal please? I’ve tried working it out on the calculators but I’m not confident of the results. Thank you

The protocol I use is 100mg 3x per week. I dilute a 500mg vial with 5ml of bacteriostatic water and inject 1ml/100 units.

It helps with mood and energy levels. It is subtle, but it leads me to believe in its other claimed benefits.

You’re going to have a large jump in concentration and NAD+ can be quite spicy if not adjusted to a more neutral PH. I would just be mindful of that before your next injection

Where can I find a dummy-proof guide to proper pH adjustment of NAD+.

Ok, maybe not full-on dummy, but C-student-in-Chem-Lab level explanation?

I started at 25 mg twice a week. Now I’m doing 50 mg three times a week. You definitely were on a low dose.
