Hi - hope you can help! I’ve been taking nad+ for a little while now. The strength of the product I buy is 100mg in a 10ml vial. I’ve been taking 0.5ml every other day. I just received an order and they’ve send me 500mg. I’ve done some research and it looks like my doseage I’ve been doing is very low, can anyone recommend what dilution and what dose on a 1ml insulin syringe is optimal please? I’ve tried working it out on the calculators but I’m not confident of the results. Thank you 🙏

The protocol I use is 100mg 3x per week. I dilute a 500mg vial with 5ml of bacteriostatic water and inject 1ml/100 units.

It helps with mood and energy levels. It is subtle, but it leads me to believe in its other claimed benefits.

You’re going to have a large jump in concentration and NAD+ can be quite spicy if not adjusted to a more neutral PH. I would just be mindful of that before your next injection

Where can I find a dummy-proof guide to proper pH adjustment of NAD+.

Ok, maybe not full-on dummy, but C-student-in-Chem-Lab level explanation?

Based on your post I think you have be pinning 5mg, I would titrate up to 100mg over a few weeks, 25mg, 50mg then maybe 75 or 100mg.

I always test PH using PH testing (litmus) paper that they sell on Amazon. If the ph is low you can add sodium bicarbonate to bring it up. You can search this forum and find a source for SB if you don't have it.

Start by reconstituting with half of the BAC water you plan to use. Put a drop on the paper and measure the PH. If it is low, add a few units of SB (depending on how low the PH is) swirl or shake lightly then test again. Keep track of the number of units of SB you add and deduct it from the remaining BAC water. Keep adding SB until your PH is over about 5 or so (I think 7 is roughly neutral). If you have large vial you may also be able to bring the PH up with BAC water alone. It just depends on how low your PH tests. Once you get it into a good range, add your remaining BAC water.
