Maybe use the multi-quote option.
theres a multi quote option? how do i use it? just click multiple quotes? i thought you had to single reply. WAIT is that why u can delete the messages you reply to and stuff? oml that makes so much more sense i thought it was a bug and i was deleting my entire message and rewriting it LOL.

I say this with all kindness, take a breath... and slow down. The enthusiasm is obvious and we've all been there! It's really exciting to suddenly have access to a wealth of knowledge for an area of life you're interested in, but as others have alluded to, this forum is moderated and has some very basic, easy to follow rules and expectations. We're not going anywhere, and there's soooo much good info that's been provided here over the years; just take a little time and keep reading and little by little things will click, promise. And replying to others is always welcome, it keeps the dialog going! But, there's no urgency so just enjoy the process.

I'd add that you should use the search function to find answers to your questions before starting a new thread. If the one here isn't finding what you need, try going to Google and entering "site: glp1forum .com" then your search terms.
This will help to keep you from seeming so spammy. Also, when 100 people start new threads for the same question, it convolutes the forum and makes it even harder for users to find the information they're looking for.

under the title of every thread there is a '' watch'' button. it notify you when there a new post on the thread. to know if a vendor is legit it's the accumulations of review from other members. use the search bar, and read review on their telegrams. U can look on meso-rx too for testimonies
