Need advice please help

hey guys, I am desperate and I need help. I heard about this website from TikTok. So I know nothing about compounding GPL one medication’s. I’ve taken Mounjaro for 3 months and recently was taken 2.4 mg of Wegovy. I can’t afford to pay for it anymore. I can’t even afford to buy the compounded stuff from the pharmacy so I need to do it myself and I have no idea where to start or what to buy. If it makes it cheaper for me I will even buy it a month at a time. I am a single parent on disability with three kids, so I don’t have a lot of money to work with can somebody please tell me the easiest way I can get Tressa appetite. Hang around on the website for a bit and read around, do some research. If that's too much, your best bet is to go to the discord linked on the subreddit tirzepatidehelp, and from there follow the guide to joining the telegram. They're a much better way to get the level of help you seem to need.

No worries. This forum is like a step up from them- being here assumes you already have a bit more of a base knowledge. The telegram is a great way to learn the basics before jumping in all the way.

There's a pretty good search function here, but it's much harder to use if you don't already know the terms to search.

It’s nowhere near as intimidating as it seems right now, I promise. Just learn the basics and read, read, read. Learn about reconstituting, sterile technique, how to calculate your dosage in milligrams, etc. I actually found Reddit and YouTube videos showing how to reconstitute very helpful when I was a grey newbie this summer.

Well you are right on that one. I literally know nothing about doing this, but I’m going to have to learn.

You'll need to research vendors: decide of you want to buy domestic (more expensive, but you can use credit cards and it arrives sooner) or if you're comfortable using a Chinese vendor, which takes longer and usually requires using cryptocurrency or something like Alibaba pay, but is much cheaper- 10 vials for ~1.5x the cost of a single domestic vial. You'll have to choose a vendor, which involves looking up a bunch of them and deciding who you feel safest ordering from. Then you'll need to get the syringes and bac water, and learn how to rehydrate the powder in the vials, which requires knowing how to calculate the right dose and how to read a COA to know how much of your medicine is in the vial- they often give you extra, and you don't want to overdose.

The telegram has a lot of in depth guides that are very easy to follow, and they're very open to answering questions if anything in the guides confuses you.

Oh yes, I've seen it too. But I'm chronically online. There's also a bunch of people reconstituting and then selling the vials for like $300 each.
