Had a dream, woke up in a tiny panic.
Allegedly my hospital takes used needles

As one gets to the inevitable place of FULL sharps containers (I'm there), how do I work this--do I:

--Walk in to my hospital like some WEIRDO, clutching my big container, trying to act natural
--Walk in, drop them at the welcome station and drive off really fast (the sweeties working there are so old)
--Say "I'm diabetic!" to everyone who looks at me and laugh. Loudly
--Pretend to be on a really important call while dropping them off (works on grifters outside Whole Foods)

I've got to live in this town.

Do you actually need to drop them off at the hospital? My understanding is most places you can dispose of them in the regular trash as long as they are in a proper sharps container.

This is what I found for Texas:

No need to drop them off, as others have said. And that flyer above is awesome.

BUT! if you do decide to drop them off at your hospital, PLEASE have somebody video you utilizing your brilliant techniques for appearing blasé' and innocent ... because I would really, really like to watch
