I Just Joined!
Hey everybody! I’m the new girl. Im 43 and Im new to this forum. I’m fairly new to the glp/pep community. I’m not however, new to the idea of wanting to live a healthier life that’s for sure. I’m here because not only do I want to be and live healthier but I want to be as educated as possible about what I’m putting in my body and the choices I make!
