Hi everyone,

I am m39, living in the UK. I lost a lot of weight on Tirz prescribed through a pharmacy here, but they do not allow maintenance so my prescription ended.

I have just ordered 10mg reta from QSC. I've never 'cooked up' my own peptide (is that the right terminology?) so I am unsure of what actually to do when it arrives.

I expect it'll be a vial of powder, do I put it in the fridge right away?

Then I add in bio water using a syringe. If I add 1ml of water, that means there is 10mg reta per 1ml of water, so if I want to inject 2mg, I draw up 0.2ml. I think that is right.

Its good to see a forum all about this, and thanks for any advise and tips in advance.

Hello and welcome here.

Fride if you want to use it soon and frezzer for long time storage.

you can add BAC (Bacteriostatic Water, not Bio) or NaCI Water but BAC is better.
If you add 1ml of then you will draw 20units (0.2ml), correct.

Here an easy calculater if you have sometimes doubs: https://www.measurepeptides.com/
