Hello Everyone!

I am currently on Zepbound 5mg and will be making the switch to tirz peptides soon due to moving and losing my health insurance. I am coming from using brand name zeppy and a bit worried with making the switch! I was wondering if anyone has prior experience with medsgogo (they actually recommended this site to me!).

If I do go through with this site and purchase their 30mg x 10 vials, how do I figure out the dosing with the bac water and how long will the vial be good after reconstituting the vial? Since I am on 5mg weekly, ideally, a 30mg vial should last me about 6 weeks. Now granted, I may move up to 7.5mg soon, but if I do stay on 5mg for another 6 weeks, would the reconstituted vial be okay to use for 6 weeks if kept in the fridge?

on another note, how would I store the other unopened vials? I read somewhere that keeping them in the freezer is an option, while I've read other people say they just keep it in a cool, dark place.

Sorry for all the questions! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :')

Thank you!

warm welcomes! ask all the questions you want, that's what this community is for 😁

medsgogo/tuk angel is a generally trusted vendor

use this calculator to figure out how much BAC water and units to pull for each dose. i've attached a screenshot below for better guidance

yes, the recon'd vial is okay to use stored in the fridge for 6 weeks as long as you're consistent and thorough with cleaning the tops and sterility. 28 days is a conservative number set by the fda, but it will be okay

i store unopened vials in the freezer for optimal extension of life but you could store them in the regulated, dark place as well

enjoy the journey! you just opened pandora's box lmao

for a 5mg dose:
30mg/3ml = 10mg/100 units

That is a great calculator and the one I use also...
Minor correction from above...
for a 5mg dose:
30mg/3ml = 10mg/10 units <----Wrong Unit Amount...

Correction... 30mg/3ml (300 units)...10mg/1ml (100 units)
1ml = 1cc = 100 units
1mg = 1000 mcg
30mg = 30000 mcg

30mg(Vial)...3ml (300 units) BAC added
10mg (dose) per 1ml (100 units)
5mg (dose) would be .5ml (50 units)

This would give you the same unit injection size as Zepbound Rx because they standardize all doses to .5ml (50 units) liquid for all sizes...2.5mg/0.5ml, 5mg/0.5ml, 7.5mg/0.5ml, 10mg/0.5ml, 12.5mg/0.5ml, 15mg/0.5ml...

Personally I would not like to inject so much BAC water if I need to increase my dose...
If you add 3ml to the 30mg vial then...
5mg dose = 0.5ml (50 units)
7.5mg dose = 0.75ml (75 units)
10mg dose = 1ml (100 units)

I normally shoot for 15 to 25 units per dose.
Adjust the amount of BAC water added to vial to get the amount of liquid per dose you would like to inject.
so...
If I added 1.2ml (120 units) of BAC water to the 30mg vial that means
0.2ml (20 units) injection would = 5mg Tirz dose
so if I needed to increase to 7.5mg Tirz in week 5 I would need only 30 units.

I believe I got all the numbers correct but always double check with the calculators and pay attention to the syringe sizes and understand the markings they are using...

yes you’re right! forgot an extra 0 😅
10mg = 100units

These numbers are all correct, but consider a simpler way to dose: a 30mg bottle of dry tirz yields 6 doses of 5mg each. if you squirt 25 units of water into the bottle 6 times, your bottle will contain 6 doses, each 25 units, and each dose will contain 5mg of tirz.

The key to understanding dosing for newbies is knowing that most syringes are calibrated in "units."

1 mg is a 1/1000 of a gram, a unit of mass.
1 ml is 1/1000 of a liter, a unit of volume.
1 ml equals 100 units.

lol...That is exactly how I do it quick and dirty on my phone calculator...
(Total Vial Size) / (Desired Dose Size) = (Number of doses)
(Number of Doses) X (BAC Water I want for each dose) =(Total BAC Water for Vial)

Then because I am paranoid I am goint to screw it up and inject 1000x...
I still put everything in the peptide calculator and make sure my numbers match (y) :)

Thank you everyone! :)
So sorry for the late response but these replies have been extremely helpful for me! how do I know how much bac water should be use depending on the peptide? I do plan on buying other peptides such as glutathione :) would I just use like 25-30 units of bac water per dose like tirz?

Can't speak for all Peptides or all RS users...but
My RS has used TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-CU, Tirz and for the most part uses the 15-25 units per dose as HIS starting point...Remember that the standard vial will only hold 3ml of BAC so it would be more complicated to use more BAC than that (like having to add some to disolve peptide then spilt to 2nd sterile vial and add the additional BAC needed to each vial)
Because of the GHK-CU mg in vial and the dose size RS is using he decided to do doses for GHK-CU that are only 5 units/dose.

@PepOhio with the GHK-cu are doing it in one vial - ghk-cu, TB-500 and BPC -157?

@MingHenry
Not currently. Used the TB-500 and BPC-157 earlier for a cycle as separate injections before becoming aware of and getting the GHK-CU.
Will probaly look at doing another cycle of all 3 in the future. I need to do more research before I feel comfortable deciding dosages. As a rule RS doesn't mind the separate injections and likes the ability to change up dosing on the fly... :) Didn't last time but always worries he might want too 🤷‍♂️

There is a protocol for all 3 together. Angela's glow protocol. Ghk-cu 50 mg, bhp-157 10mg and TB-500 (TB 4) 10mg 3 ml BAC - dosing is every day for 6 weeks, then off for 3 weeks. Need to add zinc tablet while doing it. Small doses, all 3 together: 1mg equals 6 units on 1cc syringe, or 1.5mg equals 9 units, or .75 equals 10.5 units. I think I'll probably start with 1mg and see how I do the first week before moving up.

There exists some ambiguity in the protocol. I have seen what you posted: 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Have also seen 5 days on, 2 days off, going on somewhat continuously over time. Not having any negative effects after 15 days in a row, but just took 2 days off just to be on the safe side.

I have seen various protocols too! And various dosages!

So you are doing another protocol? 15 days on then 2 off? 😂 Maybe it's whatever works for an individual?! What are you dosing? And are taking a zinc tablet while using the ghk-cu?

My plan was to do 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
But if there was a rational thought to take some time off, whether it be 2 days here or there or 3 whole weeks, I just decided to take 2 days off, then restarted my 3 injections tonight.

I forgot you do them separately!

Yes I started seeing about glow after I did the TB-500/BPC-157 (Wolverine Protocol). Trying to work on bad knees...but not much left there :)
Down the road may go back and try with all 3 at same time.
