New year new me

When was your last pin?
That started happening to me about day 5 on a 7 day cycle.
That was when I decided to pin (.5mg) twice a week with a 3 day offset.
It's still working 2 weeks into the new schedule.

I pin Mondays and it happened thursday/Friday. Def worth looking into splitting my doses during the week. Funny thing is, woke up today with no hunger. Maybe my body just wanted some oreos lol

Id say likely a combination of the time since your last pin as well as the low dose overall. Body may be adapting finally and titration up may make sense in near future.

Week 8 or 9 update... sticking with .75 or as close as i can get to that based on the naked eye. Down another pound. I wasnt large tk begin with ( 219) and i feel like a pound a week is in the healthy range. Last week was the first week of any side effects as i experienced elevated heart rate. Nothing crazy just enough to notice it. Read a million articles and started thinking it was due to hypoglycemia, cant prove it but had cut out tons of sugar. Added a little back and it went away. I guess everything in moderation is the key. Lets see how this week plays out.

Ok so today was my 8th pin. 4 at .5 and 4 at .75 or as close to that as the syringe allows me. Down 11 pounds which is fine for me. I notice body recomp more and more each day. Sleep has been phenomenal. Side effects continue to be very minimal. Dry mouth being my #1 complaint. Ill see how this week goes before I decide to go to 1mg.

So just a random thought/observation... ate a bunch of asparagus last night. Went to the bathroom this morning and no " asparagus pee" ... anyone care to dare explain why? Haha just thought this was very interesting

Ok so we have hit week 10. After 4 weeks of .5 and 6 weeks at .75 i moved up to a full 1mg. The appetite suppression is real! Only a few bites of corned beef on st.pattys day. What a shame huh ?? Supplementing with electrolytes and protein shakes. This morning I must admit I feel very lethargic and can't decide if I didn't have enough calories or I'm just plain old tired. Clinical trials started at 2mg for some and I honestly can't even imagine what I would feel like at that dose. Body recomp is very noticeable both I'm the mirror and on the scale, not only with weight but also with other metrics. Working out has stayed consistent and I have debated adding other peps but so far I'm just sticking to reta. I have bpc157 in the fridge and have been reading up but haven't jumped into it yet. Does anyone have any experience with the 157? I feel like what from what I have read it seems to be hit or miss.

I was worried about the corned beef and cabbage my wife made. Cabbage usually has me up a handful of times talking a dump. 💩 I only got up to piss a couple times.

Personally I'm 6ft and started 219. Overweight yes, but not in horrible shape. I would like to believe that people in the trial needed more of a life change then myself. I would also like to believe that someone at say 350 wouldn't feel what I feel at 1mg or maybe even 2 but again that's just my guess.

Another week another pound. Super happy at the rate it's coming off. Continuing with the gym and now that it's warming up, running when I can. Have a few friends that I introduced into the gray market and they are loving it. Recently ordered 2 more kits of reta as the gf is now interested. I think I was the guinea pig for the past 3 months.

I don't know what to attribute the sleep quality to in all honesty. Seems like awful sleep is more common then a good night's sleep. I don't think 12 pounds off my frame is that dramatic and I haven't altered my diet to any wild extreme.

Been a while but I'm back. Down another pound for a total of 13. 13 weeks 13 pounds sounds just about right for me. Marathon not a sprint like I see most people thinking. In 13 weeks I have gone from .5 to .75 to 1mg. Literally half the dose that Eli lily trials and I'm seeing great success. I popped into reddit recently and I honestly couldn't believe the things people are saying and the amount of misinformation being spread. Im so glad I found this forum first. Overall I have had very minimal side effects. I eat clean but I enjoy a cookie or piece of cake here and there. I work out 4 days a week but I'm not body builder. I have debated adding in other peptides but then I realized why fix something that isn't broken. I pin tomorrow and will probably stay at 1 for another week. Unless I start gaining , I think 1 is just fine.

I saw someone on TG speaking about micro and split dosing users like they are a cult of misinformation spreaders. Dogmatic adherence to the Lilly trial protocols or it's blasphemy against science. 😆
Week 12 here micro and split dosing my way to 22 lbs of weight loss.
I am up to 1.5mg weekly and considering going to 2mg as I have a hot date with my cardiologist in 4 months and I need better blood work results.

Good morning to anyone still following, just a quick check in. Started Jan 4 with .5 MG and currently week 17 and only up to 1.5mg. Slow and steady right ? Averaging a pound a week except 1 week while on vacation in which I gained but I'm ok with. Other then some slight side effects its been smooth sailing. My bowel movements are not what they once were for sure. Energy levels are ok as I haven't been starving myself. I aim to lift 4 days a week with some running in the mix. I don't look at reta being a " magic pill" like some people, I'm not dropping 5 pounds a week either but personally I'm OK with that. Ideally I drop another 10 and lower my dose to something manageable. Constantly looking at other peptides but have resisted the urge. Even after reading the eli lily trial reports I feel like there is still a lot to learn. I see way too many people who don't understand the basics and jump right in or people who are very impatient and start doubling doses 2 weeks in because they haven't lost 10 pounds. To each his/her own but I'm going to continue this journey very slow and cautious.

A lot of changes going on in our bodies as they adjust to a new normal.
I'd guess most aren't measurable with a scale.

2nd week of 1.5 a and wow. This dose kinda kicking my butt even after moving up super slow. Zero appetite but still managing to eat for energy. Zero desire for mid week before dinner beer. Just wow. Down to 204 from 219. Something tells me on Sunday the scale is going to surprise me again.

Well, I was right. Got on the scale today and down 5 pounds this week to 200 flat. 1.5 MG was the first time in 18 weeks were I was like yeah I feel it full force. Almost a bit too much but shit, it worked. Plan is to stay on 1.5 for a while maybe even jump back to 1 considering I am basically at my goal weight.

GF decided that she now needs reta in her life 🤣. Started her off at .75, let's see how it goes. Currently sitting at 200. Lowered back to 1.25mg. Still working out, running and eating pretty good. Just goes to show that low and slow isn't just for ribs and brisket lol. Took me 4 months but I feel better and look better. Lets keep the good times rolling

Been a while but wanted to update anyone still following. Stayed in January, down a total of 20 pounds and feel great. Decided to jump off and see what happens. I maintained 4 weeks for .5 .75 1 and finally 1.25. One week I tried 1.5 and went back to 1.25. Haven't pinned in 2 weeks and as crazy as it sounds my heart rate is higher then it ever was while on it. Strange side effect if you ask me. According to shotsy im currently at .5 in my system. Going to keep you updated as it dissipates. Overall 4 months of very minimal issues and couldn't be happier other then needed some new clothes !
