Hi everyone! I’m new here but definitely not new to the medication! I’ve been on tirz on and off for about 2 years. I recently got back on tirz and I’m looking to lose some much needed weight. I started on brand Mounjaro back when the coupon was available and then switched to tirz w/ Mochi. I got off for a few months due to severe nausea and now I’m back on but using LSH. Looking to gain new knowledge about peptides and compounds here!

I'm still on compounded tirz, and I liked Brello Health since they were the cheapest by using their own compounding pharmacy ($499 for a three month supply). But I fibbed (like many did) by telling them I was on 15 mg already (to get the most vials -- 9 small, 1 mL vials of 20 mg each).

Hello and welcome 👋. I was on compound tirz for many months and loved it. When I found out that I can obtain tirz for 1/4 or less of the price(single vials), I decided to do some research. I started with single vials from domestic companies and finally took the plunge and started buying kits. The price was phenomenal and I have never been happier.
