If you're talking about filtering, there's some videos on this page if you scroll down: https://peptidetest.com/pages/educationI apologize if this has been asked, but is there a video showing how this is done?
The steam from an autoclave has to touch the surface you're trying to sterilize. Dry heat autoclaves have to be much hotter and longer.I wonder if running your kits through an autoclave would destroy the peptides?
yep. heat destroys peptides. it’s why you have to filter sterilize and nor heat. the other common food sterilization, gamma radiation will also destroy peptides.I wonder if running your kits through an autoclave would destroy the peptides?
I just bought a kit of Reta10 from him. Still waiting on the COA. They said at least two weeks after 3/12/26. Im hoping its all goodIs it only the t30 that failed the test ? If i was to but reta 10 from him is that good to go? Or is everything he made at that time no good
YES! filtering your reconstituted peptides through a standard 0.22 µm sterile syringe filter would very likely remove Staphylococcus pasteuri and most other bacteria from the solution before you inject it. I just filter EVERYTHING even my coffee !!!Just making, but filtering through a 22um filter and into a sterile vial fixes any of these issues right?
That's absurd. Compounding pharmacies are actually regulated (badly, but still).I used to buy from a compounding pharmacy before I got on the gray train. From my point of view that was more risky since you got no testing info from those services.

Editing to add that I don't love that the batch failed testing. It does give me pause about buying from them again.
kits4less downside is they’re really pricey and a large minimum order and crypto only. upside is US based and you do get it fast.I’m downright irritated. I haven’t seen buffered NAD+ anywhere else. I had a whole plan for a cycle starting in mid April. And it isn’t even necessarily that I can’t still just get it from them and make sure I filter it, it’s the principle of wanting them to clean up there act, which they have no incentive to do if people know better and buy it anyway.
What is considered good for endotoxins? I have a the scammers manipulating test results for profit at Finnrisk test but all it says is low less than 40 eu / vial.I was in a T60 independent test group from around this same time and all was good except for endotoxins were a little high, but nothing concerning.

Can we not say PGB anymore?? Am I about to find another Easter egg??P, G, B

Hey everyone! More test results came in from that Nexaph batch, and all 8 samples passed. It's weird, but basically it was a huge batch and it seems likely that there's a pretty large percentage of sterility failures, but at least some are fine. It doesn't seem like it's out of the norm in these spaces. I think we should keep pushing vendors to get better by holding them to high standards and talking about this stuff, and it's a good lesson to just keep filtering even if you trust your source.
His business model was to build a reputation with pre-sale testing, low-ish prices, and quality guarantees, and then getting away with raising prices while reducing quality and service because of the inertia of said reputation. I’ll admit, my expectations of the guy are extremely low but not replacing a batch that fails sterility surprises even me.I also assumed the higher price point for Nexa covered making extra sure stuff like this wasn’t an issue.
Ok. This is my first foray down that rabbit hole. Which has actually been sort of fun so far. There seem to be several gates. Seems like I’ll actually need to order to pass through the next one, and the “white swan” is way too much for what I need.P, G, B
I'm totally with you on all counts! The whole thing is every kind of suspicious, and doesn't inspire confidence in labs, manufacturing, or the people in charge of the companies. I'm considering it a really good wake up call. I was the same, I filtered some things but not all. That's changing now, there are plenty of places where we can order sterile supplies. And if anyone is using pens, the fact that you have to put it into a different vial anyway makes it a no brainer.Which is weird itself. I really didn’t follow the group testing protocol with all the different cap colors and all the batches, but it’s interesting that different labs found such varying results. Doesn’t inspire much confidence in the testing process or the manufacturing process if some vials in a batch fail but others pass. And that all the failing vials ended up at the same lab. That’s weird too.
I totally agree with you that this is a good lesson about filtering. My protocol was that if I had a batch that had sterility testing that had passed that I would not filter as I thought that that was just an opportunity to introduce contamination during the reconstitution process. But, after this, everything is getting filtered and I’m not going to push how long I keep a reconstituted vial in the fridge. This stuff is cheap enough to use a more conservative limit.

I was looking at filters on a site and it said they weren’t sterile. Is that common?I have some thoughts on the conflicting results, but I'm officially done with Nexaph. And just placed an order for more filters 😂.
mind sharing your thoughts? I'm interested.I have some thoughts on the conflicting results, but I'm officially done with Nexaph. And just placed an order for more filters 😂.
