Odd announcement shared by vendor.

Anyone relying on vendor reps for anything beyond completing the purchase transaction might want to re-think their involvement in this hobby. Really, this extends to any conversation with vendor reps outside of purchasing, shipping, and any published guarantees.

About the only rare exception to this would be when a specific product or 'batch' requires a different/special/unusual reconstitution formulation such as nonstandard pH, acetic acid, etc.

I always store the powder in the freezer, but once I reconstitute them with bacteriostatic water I keep them in the fridge.

But has been said, I would not get my information from the seller except in very specific circumstances.

That is the methodology, but nothing in this process was identified as having anything to do with degrading the peptides. The only conclusions supported in this article are certain excipients crystalize in lyophilized peptides. There are no conclusions drawn from the freezing or thawing of the compounds having any effect.
