People need to look at GLP-1s the same way they look at high blood pressure medications or insulin. Once you need them, you need them for life.
The problem is most humans don't want to be dependant on anything for life. Since I work in medicine for a living, that was never a issue for me. I understood that from the beginning.
The second thing which should probably be first, is cost. Most people on GLPs are paying Pharmaceutical Cartel prices for their GLPs. Even with insurance, some find it expensive. Imagine paying out of pocket $500 a month for the rest of your life to keep your weight and health in check. For many who need these drugs, it's unpossible.
If people could obtain their GLPs the way we do, compliance would be a nonstarter.
