Overfill Reconstitution

it does indeed.
some people will send a vial off for testing. and then it seems they assume every vial has the same level of overfill as the tested vial. this seems quite unlikely to me. never understood it. i'd much rather have an accurate fill at a predictable price. the whole schtick about "overfill means it's actually less than 50 cents per milligram" seems absurd to me because nobody is going to treat that vial as if it's overfilled by 15% in their dosing regimen.

just give me the amount you advertise at the price that is competitive

A vendor advertises overfilled vials - Get more for your money. Does this not make accurate reconstitution impossible?
It does make it a pain in the butt without testing, yes. I know a lot are a fan of this practice, and I guess 5% average overfill helps protect against under fill, but it is a massive pain in the butt to get more precise dosing this way. I would suggest whatever vendor you buy from, look at the test advertised by the vendor and maybe split the difference if it is quite overfilled. Without testing though, there is no good way to know 🙃
