Germany Pens in the EU

Convipens have gotten hard to acquire recently and have become costly. I'm looking for

• accurate
• decently priced
• available in the EU / Germany

Any recommendations? Auto preferred, but not a must.

The Chinese version off ALI. I have 2, both work like a charm within 2-3u (which is as accurate as I draw my syringes )

Same here as @BBA1969. I’m waiting for my second Gansulin from AliExpress. I’m buying it now before that damn €3 tax kicks in on every item. Even though it’s only 5% on the Gansulin. It's a matter of principle ;-) EU lawmakers are insincere: we don't have any pen manufacturers in the EU, so who are the CN unfairly competing with?

The Gansulin is ideal for small doses, such as 0.10 ml. It is very precise. It works without having to apply much pressure to the push button.

I have the Ergo 2, V1, and V3 models. I wouldn't recommend the V2: they're unreliable and break often. The ergo2 offers the same level of ergonomics as the Gansulin, but it is not automatic; it provides good power transfer and costs half as much as the Gansulin.

A syringe holds onto a fixed amount of pep when you use it and you always have to go through drawing from the vial everytime its pinned. Whereas with the pen it wastes a fixed amount per fill of the capsule and you save a bit of time per pinning as you don't have to draw first. The trade off on material lost seems to be favour pens when a vial ends up going to more than 4 pinnings or thereabouts.

So I can fill up a vial and it will last me for multiple doses, then I discard the vial and fill up a new one?

Yes, exactly.

And it has plenty of advantages: it’s faster to set up than syringes, produces less waste, offers more options for small needle sizes, and is easier to use for very small amounts, for multi-pins, or when you’re diluting a lot and the volume exceeds 3 ml (you can easily fill two vials, and one of them can be stored in the fridge for several days).

thanks. I use tirz and if I mix 3 ml it would last me more than a month.

How many ml of bac you put into it does not change how long the vial last for , the amount of Tirz is still the same

There seems to be a few sellers of the big brand pens in Germany/Poland/EU but they seem to mostly sell on TG and the scam risk is higher over there than on the supply shops that has websites and reviews. But if one makes the homework och start in the larger TG groups one can get a good deal

I know that. But he said it would last several days in the vial. For me it would need to last at least a month!
