Peptides or non peptides for faster workout recovery?

Oh god those used to get me super bad. I feel like they went away at some point? Especially with hip exercises, it used to kill me about 3 reps of 30lb, now I'm doing closer to 200lb on hip abductions and I barely feel it.

There's like a slight ache the next day but that's it, and I remember they used to absolutely take me out.
it's my least favorite workout but my PT won't have it any other way.

I see a lot of HGH recommendation. I read that it can screw with insulin sensitvity issue, but I am also on retatrutide...will I be putting more risks than aids?
 
I am weight lifting 3-4 times a day.

Other than steroids or prohormones, what do you fellow weight lifters take to help with faster recovery?
Enclomiphene and/or hCG works great in that area, you get all the effects of light anabolic cycles from a peptide and a serm

I have taken 3iu hgh daily for 3 months now, and as I have found with pretty much any other peptide or supplement or anabolic, a person’s lifestyle and nutrition has so much more effect on their body than any sort of supplement or enhancer.

these things make differences, but if you are not already insulin-sensitive and you exercise regularly and dont eat poorly, then i would not worry about insulin sensitivity with hgh unless if you plan to blast body building doses.

I can tell you that cjc-1295 & ipamorelin did NOT help my recovery or sleep at all. In fact, it had the opposite impact. I've slept so much better this last week being off that than any of the prior 5 weeks being on it.

I am also on a low dose of reta and was trying to follow the trend of maintaining muscle and aiding recovery with cjc/ipa, but it just did not work for me.
