When I started tirzepatide at 2.5 mg my problem was that it slowed down my pooping. (sorry for the words but I don't know how else to say it) I worked my way up to 5 mg per week over six weeks. First week ok. Last two weeks, I have had the runs after 2-3 days. Besides reducing my dose to a safe level, are there other suggestions for me. I love the way tirz stops the hunger noise and want to continue it.
Thanks!

poop will come and go sometimes fast sometimes slow but with the peptides its nice to keep a flow.

i had that problem in the beginning on/off. not much to do, i didn't feel different with different food. i just used loperamide 2 doses, and it went away.
it did disappear after some time.
NEVER just fart on tirz, you might get surprised , just saying, lol.

Psyllium husk powder and chia seeds 🙂

In early days, I also plugged up. 1) Drink more water. 2) Added 2-6mg of gummy fibers daily until I found the best gummy dosage. I only get the runs when I eat something really greasy, which is quite rare now as my stomach complains about it.

Since Kratom can cause constipation, it has helped me with preventing diarrhea from tirz and sema to some degree. Imodium also helps for acute diarrhea symptoms from GLPs, though it is not a miracle cure either.
