So I had seen Qing Li on a few Jano COA's from various domestic sources and decided to contact them to buy direct. I didn't quite know what I was doing with buying direct or how to find/vet vendors yet. So I talked with "Stella" and ended up placing an order for Mots-c, TA1, and KPV on Oct 29 2025. Everything went smoothly and I received my order on 11/21/2025. I asked for the COA's which were promised when I placed my order. The KPV didn't have one even though I was told it did when I placed the order. The Mots-c had a manufacture date of 11/16/2025 (which was suspect since it was so close to the order date) but the COA was dated 04/25/2025. And the TA1 report had red caps but I received a batch with white caps. When I questioned Stella about the discrepancies, she said cap colors don't matter as far as batches go. And refused to comment on the timeline discrepancy or missing COA and said I'm welcome to test them myself.

This is shady and unprofessional in my opinion. Sending false COA's and changing dates make the entire order sketchy. So I would recommend going with another vendor as I have since found other similar stories from people buying from them.

We’ve ordered with Qing Li too (a Reta-only order of eight 10mg kits) and it arrived in a reasonably timely fashion (Ordered Sep 2, '25, and it arrived Sep 19, '25)

Packaging was actually pretty good. The order came wrapped in anti-static silver sealed bags inside a couple of "beauty mask" boxes. They didn't use the usual plastic case; instead, the vials came in cardboard boxes with only "RT10" written on them.

We contacted them via their website (qinglishanmao.com) and communication with the rep went just fine. I received the CoA, but it had no batch number on it ("unknown"), nor did any of the kits.

This actually didn't bother me because I knew that tracing a CoA back to a batch wouldn't be reliable, so we tested a few vials (4, randomly chosen) ourselves. In hindsight, I shouldn't have done that using my name, so I'm afraid I can't share the test results—but I can say (#TrustMeBro) that everything checked out just fine. Purity was between 98.9% and 99.1%, and fill rates were between 9.19mg and 10.09mg. Also, no sterility issues or endotoxins. We didn't test for heavy metals as these seem to be very rare.

Overall a good experience.

Placed an order with Stella Feb 2026 (20 days from order to delivery) and used bank transfer using wise. I was unfamiliar with crypto and attempted a second order and Stella was not patient. She told me I should know how to use crypto or I can just look for a new supplier so that’s exactly what I did. It was a blessing in disguise since now I’ve found faster suppliers who have the correct coa matching the batch shipped.
