Imma say, as far as the feelz go, I’m not loving SRY T. Not feeling much appetite suppression and that food noise isn’t quieted, still clank clank clanking.

Anybody still waiting on a response via WhatsApp? If I’m forgotten then I guess I save money! It’s been about 36 hours and no response. Yes I reminded them as per Tracy after 24 hours. Just saying it doesn’t appear they are caught up.

I won't do business with SRY. I ended up getting in on PGB's Black Friday T30 deal to round out my stockpile. Not the cheapest around, but it will be well tested.
I've never been a participant in a PGB, however, if you include the cost of testing that you'd likely pay for otherwise, I suspect you got a great price.
 
I'm still waiting for them to confirm a payment I sent over a week ago via bank wire. Getting pretty nervous at this point that I'm out $450 bucks and my order won't ever arrive.

Only bought from QSC because people were so reassuring that QSC does not/will not screw over customers, but it has been 8 days since I sent the money and nada. I finally sent a bunch of proofs yesterday showing that they did, in fact, receive it, but I really don't understand why the onus is on me to continuously follow up about a 400+ payment that was very clearly labeled when I originally sent it.

Really doesn't help things that because of the time difference, I basically get one message a day with them.

They don’t confirm pymt received, and Tracy has said before it wastes time going back and forth. If you did a bank transfer sometimes those are delayed, so sending a screenshot once it goes through is a good idea.

I’ve ordered from them a lot and haven’t ever had a bad experience

They don't do that typically.. so you're just getting ignored. If it's been 8 days, you should have asked for the tracking number instead.

Also, I have asked for the tracking number. Repeatedly. That's the problem - They claimed they were waiting to receive payment and couldn't send the tracking until they did so. They told me to wait a few days for them to confirm payment. I reached out again this week, per their instructions, and they said they were still waiting on payment. Hence, I sent them proof of payment yesterday, as I have been asking for tracking since last week.

You should have been given tracking. This is their customer service email tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn

They’re inundated with orders so may not get back to you right away, but the most likely way to get a response. Tracy’s who answers them

Eta- I’ve had domestic take about a week recently and int’l 2-3. You’ll need to use a universal tracking system to see yours

You'll be fine. There's like dozens of threads on here of people being getting angsty about their lack of comms, before successfully receiving the product - also people finally getting their tracking numbers, days after receiving their parcels.

Also Tuk doing 2 x T30 for $350, including postage... what a time to be alive.

Ha! I saw that. And now have buyer's remorse for the stockpiling I've already done and FOMO thinking I better do THAT deal, too, lol. Never mind that I appear to have literally 2-3 years worth at this point. Gotta collect them all!

And again, thanks for the reassurance. I read so much before I bought from them, but no amount of rational thought will stop my brain from getting antsy about it, so it helps to hear from people that they really are reliable, albeit slow and possibly terrible at communicating. :)
