Instead of discarding these sub par products at a loss to maintain their reputation they decide to scrape out the last penny by selling customers shit products at a small discount.

Be extremely careful when buying QSC products and always click on the hidden jano results. They prey on people not clicking those links expecting 99% pure products at discounted prices, which we see here isn't the case.

They've been doing it for a long time. Pretty much every sale has 1 or 2 shit products that are much cheaper than the other sale items. But it is still a good idea to give a PSA every now and then so folks know to pay attention.
