Do you use coinbase or another wallet? It's my first time since I want to be sure nothing goes wrong... Which coin did you use?

You can use Coinbase Wallet or Exodus for sending to QSC (or other vendors). It is not recommended to send directly from Coinbase Exchange. In general, if using Coinbase, then USDC is the preferred option (Coinbase has better "support" for it than USDT).

Yeah this is the qsc experience, it isn’t for everyone for sure. You can try emailing tracy directly to ask for the tracking if it’s been a long time. @Qingdao Sigma can give you the email address

Fwiw I’ve ordered several times from qsc without any issue, I send the order form (with no questions) to the email during China work day, I get a response within 30 minutes saying to send amount to preferred payment, I send hash within 30-60 minutes, I get address verification back, transaction over. I’ve had it go smooth without a hitch every time so I gotta wonder what other people are doing to have so many issues?
I'm BofA customer as well, and have used ACH transfer for QSC.
Just want to mention, in case it makes a difference, that the wire transfer does not go to a weird-named place like many PayPal transactions do ... IT GOES TO QSC's BANK -- which is CITIBANK lolol.
I get endless amusement from the idea of Q using CITI 😂
I’ve done wires 3x and twice I got the dreaded “sold out” email a day or two later. This was despite sending order info with an hours or two of promo getting announced. The wires take a while. I need to learn the crypto way.

it's surprisingly easy 🙂 and there's basically only a slight learning curve first time around just to get things "set up." stablecoin is the way to go for these payments.. not only it's the fastest way but also easiest to refund..
Plus there's a ton of guides available online for anyone who is worried they'll bork something 🙂
I feel dumb asking, but are you saying an ACH with BofA is different from a Wire transfer, and has No Fee? I've made a few QSC orders with my BofA account, but would love to not have to pay the wire transfer fee. Thanks. 🙂
Sometimes some specific emails can not go through, mainly customers using protonmails.
Anyway if you already paid, probably your order is already shipped, when you don't receive an answer within 12-24 hours, you can always email again, and if you think there is a problem, you can try to contact the customer service emai: tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn
It could be faster if you asked no questions lol.

Update on my package. Both the tracy email and directmessage on here worked. I now have my tracking number. My USPS informed delivery has been tracking this package close to 2 weeks.
Something has gone wrong with the package though, for the last week USPS has sent it to my regional facility 3 separate times, they then sent it to the city next to me and now the city next to me twice has tried to move it only for it to come back to it too. Lol, I hope the peps survive this trip, not looking promising.

Not dumb at all! I was clueless about the process (and I'm like a hundred years old.) Had never sent a wire transfer until my first purchase with QSC. Here's what I learned:
BofA offers 2 wire transfer options.
One is called something like "international wire transfer," and it does has a fee, maybe $15 or $20 or something? The great advantage to it is that it is that your funds are delivered immediately.
The second option is called "ACH wire transfer." (Automated Clearing House, an inter-bank system set up in ancient times.) There is NO fee. The disadvantage is that your funds will be delivered anytime from same day to a few days (depending on factors like weekends/holidays, I think?).
Both times I used wire transfer for a QSC purchase, I chose the fee-free ACH option. (I'm poor.) The results of the two transfers were not the same:
The funds for the first purchase were delivered within three hours. Awesome! BUT, the funds for the second purchase were delivered three days later. (It was over the weekend.)
I got lucky that second time, because the product I was ordering was still in stock. But as another member warned earlier in this thread, their ACH transfer took a few days and they were told by QSC that their ordered product was sold out. Horrible! I'd never even considered that. (Thank you for schooling me, @Glp1judd 💜)
So it seems the wisest way to go is to pay the fee for the "international wire transfer" option, and not cheap out like me on the ACH option.
Regardless, I've been very pleased with the wire transfer payment method. I arrange it all right there in online banking, and payment is guaranteed, trackable by bank, accountable (I mean, from BofA to Citibank is a pretty damn secure transaction, lol.)
Obviously, crypto is brilliant. It's just that I'm ... not. (I don't want to learn how to do it! Please no.)
If QSC takes their wire transfer payment option away, I'll just not purchae there again. (Which -- hopefully, Phoenix, you've read *everything* about the good and the bad of QSC -- might be prudent anyway LOL)

a lot of these people have ADHD and are very high maintenance. that's all i can figure. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand you don't have the time for 20 email/text back and forths for all the hundreds of customers.
i actually feel bad for you.
i've ordered from you and the rep sends me a list to doublecheck everything. it's as professional or more than anyone else. bank ach is very easy and completes in 2 days. yes, it may take more time for shipping.

I would have preferred cheap peps, but I will settle for the lol, I guess.
All I asked is whether they ship to my country or not.
I have the misfortunate of not being born in the US, EU, or any other nice developed countries, rather a small, war torn shithole with the worst logistics you can imagine. Seemed like a reasonable question, guess I have ADHD and high maintenance.
Listening to a "hot take" opinion or getting advice from Oyster is like getting advanced driving techniques training from someone who has never even seen a wheel, let alone a vehicle. He just wants attention.
Sorry you're having so many issues finding a vendor, it has to be frustrating. Keep looking around, you'll end up finding one. As you're doing this, make sure to keep us updated so we know how it's going...it'll definitely help some people out once you Edith one though!

Oh I already found a vendor, ASC, I've been on their COCAINE for a few weeks now.
I just thought for my second order I'll go cheaper with QSC, but turns out I prefer decent costumer service over saving what will end up being about $5-10 a month in pep costs, and went back to ASC.
Oh, please don't misunderstand me, of course you are being totally reasonable!! I was just so happy to see that you didn't get yelled at that I didn't think my comment through. I'm sorry for your troubles.

I wouldn't recommend buying peps based on their 'community'. None of these vendors are your friends. Some might provide better customer service than others but, at the end of the day, that doesn't matter if you get a crappy product.

Thank You so much for the helpful explanation! I had never done a wire when I first tried it, and I just immediately chose International. At least Your brain used logic to realize the Bank is domestic and ACH is an option. So I'm still a little dumb LOL. I may gamble the ACH option next time; but I appreciate the warning of how long it can take. Oh, and I have no interest in figuring out crypto either. ;-)
And as for QSC, yes, I believe I've read everything. I'll admit I've not been the greatest at navigating around here, so I hope I haven't missed anything dire...but my own experience so far has been fine. I will say I've had a few questions go unanswered and I never seem to hear anything more once I send my payment confirmation; but I've still received my product. Sounds like I may need to try email instead of whatsapp.

Damn ok. Just don't want to get my money taken. I know they are good with that from what I read and I've bought a couple orders off them before. Just usually they give me an order confirmation within the hour. I also had some very simple questions and they only read a very small portion of the sentence at all and thought I was asking something completely different.
