Most important question: How long is the powder form good for? This is odd but I bought it with the intention of reconstituting and starting Tirzepitide a year ago. I ended up moving pretty quickly after I bought it. Then a bunch of other life events and now it's been a year. It's been stored in my room. Still in the black envelope bag it arrived in. Can I just reconstitute that and start? Or is it no longer good?

2nd. Another reason why I haven't reconstituted and started.. I just feel dumb. I feel like I'm going mess something up and dose myself very high and get sick. If anyone feels like writing out the instructions in the most simple language I would be very grateful.

Ok I guess 2 questions for now

Answer to question 1: Go ahead and reconstitute. If you buy grey again, stick your vials in the freezer if you don't plan on using them soon.

Answer to question 2:

A short, snarky sounding non-answer to number 2, but important to hear: Do not inject anything until you are absolutely comfortable with your knowledge of how to mix and dose. A single high-dose can absolutely hospitalize.

It should be fine using, although it'll be less potent, just don't assume that for all medications out there.

Some can degrade into toxic compounds when not stored properly or expired like tetracycline

it's probably mostly ok, maybe degraded by 10% or so but it's probably ok.

as far as reconstituting, just think of it very simply. you are dissolving the powder in some sterile water. that's it. so sterilize the tops of the vials with alcohol wipes, draw some bacteriostatic water into a syringe, and inject it into the vial of powder. that's all there is to it.

then when you are ready to take a dose, just calculate how many milligrams of tirzepatide are in your vial and divide that by how many milligrams you want to take. so like a 30mg vial and you want to take 5. 30/5 =6

calculate how much water you put in the vial and divide by your previous answer, in this case 6, to get how much you should draw into your syringe. so say you put 2mL of water into your vial, 2mL / 6 = 0.33mL or 33 units on the syringe. there's your dose.
