I'm exploring peptides for my wife. She's 45, perfect, doesn't need to lose weight (in my opinion), but wants to tighten things up here and there, and otherwise feel like she could use a 'win'. She's been active most of her life, but has given up a lot of that for our children and family, has had some recent stress, and wants to feel a little like her younger self again.

For example, she recently found out she has positive thyroid antibodies and, while her thyroid numbers and labs are otherwise perfect, isn't too happy about it and wants to do what she can to be as healthy as possible. We have the fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle pretty well in check.

I could read about peptides until I'm blue in the face, but I'm wondering which ones have actually moved the needle for the women of the forum.

It isn't lost on me that peptides aren't a magic bullet, nor are there any good human clinical trials on most of them. I see them more as a nudge than anything.

Thanks in advance.

My experience has been with the Glips for weight loss. On this journey I have been doing weight lifting and resistance training. That has made me feel stronger, younger and more proud of my body and efforts. I recommend Les Mills Body Pump for a weight class for her.
