It seems so disingenuous to me to question buying from SRY for fent issues, SNP for claiming Chinese, or any other vendor on ethical grounds. Especially dishonesty, they all are just sales...

The tests are located at a different spot and they have what seems like a chat that's somewhere else. I went to order from them but forgot where to find the tests and just said screw it and ordered from SRY.

And yes, you need to register with multiple apps. The alternative is to buy name-brand at a pharmacy, which is much easier.
