I would try TRT before HGH unless your labs says do HGH because if you are on H and it multiplies
something you dont want growing

I’m 47, I feel amazing every day, just happy and focused. The physical changes are amazing, lost a significant amount of body fat, my muscles have a pop or almost three dimensional look, my skin is clearer, people at work can’t believe how much better I look, I’m still very strong even though I lost over 30lbs and I don’t have that tired stringy look that usually happens when I diet. I’m mad I have not been using this for years, best stuff around and I am a former ped abuser.

I am on trt as well. Works so much better stacking hgh, test, and Reta. Just give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
 
TRT is interesting 'cuz who doesn't want to feel better, but somehow it feels much much more scary than injecting myself, I mean my research rats, with grey market semaglutide.

Plenty of clinics/doctors/etc. that will oversee your TRT.

Only problem is a lot of them base their understanding of it off of shit from the 90s, despite some of the largest and highest quality studies having been done over the past couple of decades.

TRT doses in hypogonadal men nearly universally improve body composition, increase lean body mass, and improve lipid profiles and lower blood pressure from the body composition changes. Plus impact on mood, focus, motivation, etc.

But a lot of doctors base their TRT knowledge off of two studies from the 90s, one of which the authors later had to retract, and think it is likely to increase your BP, destroy your cholesterol, etc. Or they don't think that, but they have you do a 200mg every other week injection or some shit.

Find a doc that wants to start you around 100-120 a week and is willing to go up to get you towards the top of the range and wants you to do an every week or twice a week injection schedule.

I didn't want to mention anyone specific, the options change on a dime and that could be seen as promoting a specific vendor which I wanted to avoid. (Can you IMAGINE the shit I'd get if I mentioned Nexa? Even if I mentioned Amo and Skye and etc too? I didn't want to deal with it.) And since posts aren't editable after a point I didn't want to list someone then get piled on if they pulled an exit scam or had a scandal. I considered listing who takes Alibaba pay etc, but it felt too much like an endorsement.

I'd be ok with doing a series if that was wanted, but I've been working stupid hours. Maybe make a few for zippy to review when he's back around and could make a new subforum for them to be pinned in? I'm also not sure zippy wants the responsibility of in depth instructions, since this is not a spoon feeding forum. And there are so many great guides elsewhere if you just spend a week here and check out the other places mentioned.

What are you looking for? He has prebuy links for both sema and reta in his telegram, but no tirz at the moment. And Nexa is kits, that's ten vials for that price not one.

Prices posted lower this morning. Also newer vendor with great prices posted in the vendor connection, not sure I want to be a guinea pig but hopefully it encourages competition

There is a best peptide supplier. Or at each of us decides on my be before me make a purchase. Opinions differ as to who they are. Also different vendors are appropriate for different customers depending on their needs.

Update: ordered on Feb 11th, paid via Alibaba b/c I dont want to do crypto and wire transfer is international (not domestic like Q) received tracking number, received package Feb 20th AND a follow up from Lisa at SRY confirming I received my package. Sharing my experience for others looking to fill the Q void. I paid maybe $20 (if that) more than with Q. I could care less about the minimal cost difference. I am very pleased with my experience. No disrespect to Q.

As a side note, I have been sourcing various products internationally for 30yrs plus.

I'm not aware of many that are TRT focused.

For general AAS, meso (thinksteroids.com) is probably the biggest one that isn't just a massive billboard of advertisements of UGLs. Decent amount of TRT discussion on there.

Peptide vendors are allowed to list pricing here that includes AAS, but actual sourcing talk around them isn't allowed here. thinksteroids/meso or steroidsourcetalk would be your best bet.
 
Just wanted to jump in and say I’ve had amazing success with SRY. Just placed an order Thursday from their US warehouse and it legit arrived today. Never had an issue with their products or delivery and I appreciate they are like the only vendor left still letting me use Alibaba Pay

I mean I’ve lurked here for months. Not sure what you’re trying to imply here? Weren’t we all new members at some point who have had our first post? Folks are here to talk about vendors they’ve used. I did. It’s not some crazy conspiracy. I’ve been on tirzepatide 13 months, I’ve lost 198 lbs. I’m in maintenance. I’ve placed four orders with SRY since November. My blood type is AB. I’m 40. I have three chihuahuas. 🤷
