I honestly don't think you can morally compare Eli Lilly and a company distributing opioids
Umm ... Eli Lilly *is* a company distributing opioids. Or was.

They launched Dolophine--"dolor" (pain) + "fin" (end)--in the late 1940s ... it was later repurposed and rechristened Methadone.

They launched Darvon (which is not just the husband of a sitcom witch) in the 1950s ... since banned for causing cardiac issues and overdose deaths.

They're now hard at work in creating non-opioid alternatives, and let's see how that goes in terms of addiction and misery

I honestly don't think you can morally compare Eli Lilly and a company distributing opioids, you could argue Eli Lilly causes a lot of indirect harm due to lack of access from price-hiking. But a company shipping out opioid precursors is clearly doing a lot more direct harm to people. That being said, I just don't care what this company is doing outside of supplying me with Tirz. As long as my business with the company isn't ethically bankrupt I don't care what the company does - If it doesn't relate to the business I'm giving them then it might as well just be some random company doing it.
Actually, SRY was indicted for selling a fentanyl-like opioid whose name I don't remember, not for selling fentanyl precursors.
