Reta is killing my guts

Now the problem is I went full in on Reta. Since I’m tapering it off and increasing tirz I have way too fucking much Reta on hand.

I've been interested in trying it , lmk if you want to offload some

because reta is dose dependent, higher the dose the more weight loss according to the phase two trial publication. I'm at 6mg now and won't increase until weight loss Stalls.

If you're losing more than 2-3lbs a week, you might be putting your health at risk.

If you are losing around 2-3lbs a week, you're dosage is likely dialed in pretty good for your body.

Dial in for your body and your long term health, not to meet some arbitrary number on a chart.

It's not just likely healthier, it's also probably cheaper.

yes that's where I'm at now on 6mg a week and will stay there until I stop loosing weight. I'm only about 30lbs from my goal weight and once there plan on reducing to a maintenance dosage.
