Hi Legends

I have been on 2mg for every 6 days for 2 weeks and decided to take it up a notch to 3mg.
Two days in my appetite is suppressed to a sweet spot, Interestingly my energy levels have increased through the roof which is bonus but I have started burping heaps. I know that the burps are probably from slow digestion, what I am wondering is my digestion too slow ?

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

When I hit 3mg on reta I didn't experience the sulfur burps, but they sure as hell came out the other end, usually the day after my pin.

A fiber supplement and a good probiotic are generally good practice and have helped mitigate some of the gastro side effects for a lot of people on GLP class drugs; also remember to hit your water goals as that can assist in keeping things moving along.

Probiotics like l. Casei help me a lot managing sulfur burps
Cool, never knew. I see now it is in yogurt and kefir and in the probiotic supplement I forget to take (Priobiotic-10 by NOW Foods). Some other probiotics for taking GLPs, per Google Gemini:

I use Proton Pump Inhibitors. 20 mg ezomeprazol. but it doesn't suit everyone.

Thank you for the info, water is on point but a fibre supplement sounds like a good plan.
