Unfortunately that was my second attempt at ordering with her. The first order "got lost". It never left CH. So she made a second order and this happened. I'm getting a refund and will try another vendor. So frustrating because I've been waiting since Feb to get my peps. ughHopefully your vendor will reship. Some have guarantees, some don't.
You may not be able to get a fast pass or Global entry pass. That is brought up a bunch, but I can not say if it is actually true, versus an urban legend.
Customs may flag your name and address, and it can pop up for extra scrutiny. So yeah, it may behoove you to change it on the reship.
