🚨BREAKING🚨 Several Discord Servers Nuked

Yep, a couple of mine went poof. Admins are still around and I suspect they will update the appropriate channels once ready.

I am curious how things play out if say the demand/interest increases by 10x

It’s important to have ALL your vendor’s contact info. Join telegram and discord, and any other groups they list in closed announcements, as backups to each other. Also keep their name, company, whats app # and email in your phone. That way you can always find them again and know you are reaching out to the legit vendor.

Telegram and Discord constantly get nuked.

Just looked and all the ones I follow are still there but they aren't very active.

Dangit, they got GYC. I don't know why I'm even in that one, I don't buy from them since I switched to crypto because they don't take anything on SOL, but I find their discord soothing. It's well-organized and sensible and easy to follow and polite.
GYC, TFC, SPB, LSPL, Mix are the ones I've seen personally.

Well it’s happened again with discord servers. It’s like wack a mole. Seems like the Peptide Wars is full force.

Discord is at it again. Just had several servers nuked in the past hour, including one that sells 3D vial cases for some reason. Both the main and backup servers are gone. I think it might be because they are trying to IPO.

40 plus now and backups are going down almost as fast as they can be opened.

The platform might be cooked for a while for this content.
Seems so. They also seem to be focused on anything remotely connected to peptides. Some servers I'm on are still up, but they shut off all group messages. It's either the IPO or Big Pharma or both.

If it is that many and that fast then I’m sure that discord is using AI and new algorithms to detect them. Also agree with earlier posts that suggest Big Pharma or some outside push is behind this.

The nukes will continue until morale improves.

But seriously, it's time for most of these groups to move to a platform that doesn't own your content. Something innovative like... a self hosted web forum.

Most people are at the bargaining stage when it comes to these platforms, where they think doing things like not mentioning peptides by name, or being more strict with invites will help spare them.

Figured I might head off a lot of "Is such-and-such Discord gone?" questions. There are a number of servers that have been nuked in the past couple of hours, and it may still be happening so if your favorite servers are missing that's why.

IMPORTANT:

Be very suspicious of links/invites to replacement Discord servers! Unless the link comes from someone who you know and trust, assume it is to an impersonation/SCAM server.

DO NOT blindly accept invites to servers just because you receive an invite!

In the case of vendors, wait for the sponsoring vendors here to post updated links themselves, and do not trust links you find anywhere else. As for vendors who are not sponsors here, proceed with extreme caution and again assume that links anyone else shares is a scam!
Was wondering what was going on. Thank you for the update!

The AI thing seems both plausible and likely. If I was the one charged with tracking down servers that violate the TOS and these peptide ones kept popping up relentlessly, getting some bot to speed up and automate the process would be an attractive solution.

This doesn't rule out some outside push to target peptide discords specifically, but the recent implementation of such a bot means it isn't necessarily some deeper conspiracy.

I like dropping in the general chats of various vendors to see what the chit chat is about and to get a feel about the vendor before placing an order. I also find the all the "Yes dears" amusing.

I LOVE Andy's Pep Studio's discord; I didn't rejoin after the last time they got nuked, but it was an absolute fever dream. There's a lot going on in there, with pet pictures and wild recipes and stuff.

I saw a scammer posing as Andy and posting a link to a fake APS TG server. I thought, damn Andy's really made it.

When I was in the real one, one of the recipes they posted was of a bee-bear made of hash browns with chocolate used to make the details. I am not sure it wasn't AI. I imagined their marketing guys argue about whether Americans would really believe that sh as food, and figuring we probably would, because "have you SEEN what Americans eat??"

They are rebuilding and anyone who was in there should keep an eye on the mix vendor channel here for an official announcement from them.
Anything new or did they just go on vacation?

Between this and announcing that they'll require biometrics/ID from users in the future, they're sure determined to kill their brand. I doubt it, but I hold out some hope that this will be the last straw that finally pushes zoomers and millennials to discover Internet Relay Chat (IRC). People keep reinventing the wheel in the group chat space for some reason, even thought it was a solved problem pre-2000.
