I had a shipment stopped by customs. Vendor provided timely refund. My question is does this necessarily mean I will get a border patrol letter or could it have been part of a larger bundle of shipments and I'll never hear anything else?

Might have some issues with future parcels, this has been going on for years it’s no biggie at this stage. It’s actually better it’s caught at the expiring end rather than the importing.

For things like peptides you’d never get a knock on the door unless it’s incredibly large amounts.

There is no guarantee you'll get a letter, either. If you do, do nothing. And they've been known to stop a shipment for days or even weeks and then let it go. There is no consistency.
