Starting to think ahead to summer orders living in the southwest. Temps regularly hit 110+ and those delivery truck cargo areas are not climate controlled. Assuming powder holds up better than reconstituted but I’m still not thrilled about packages sitting in that heat during transit or on a doorstep mid-July.

Curious if anyone in similar climates has a strategy – timing orders around cooler months, requesting ice packs, anything like that. Feels worth figuring out before it’s actually a problem.

I wouldn't be to concerned as the drying process reach's over 100 Fahrenheit

isn’t the freeze drying process actually done at pretty low temps? I thought that was kind of the whole point of lyophilization. Just want to make sure I’m thinking about this correctly before ordering during the hot months

I live on the gulf coast with similar temps for months. I have been ordering for a few summers now and left it roasting for an extra 6-7 hours in my metal mailbox that sits in direct sun after a long overseas trip that took a few weeks. They all still seem to function well. I do try to preorder now to make it through the hottest part of the year but i couldn’t afford to do that back in the beginning when you couldn’t buy kits bigger than 15 mg.

Either way, you should be fine.

Thank you, the video was great info. Doesn’t specify the temps in the second drying phase but researching says low 100s. Still have some slight concerns over sitting in a cargo truck like UPS all day.
I live in Tucson and never had an issue with any peps received in the hottest months so?

Same, SWFL myself.

If it were compound and already reconstituted,I’d be wary. But with pucks, no.
