First one i did mid-day 1-3 range don't remember exactly. Next one i tried to do a little earlier 11-12. Today I'm thinking I'm going to do it right before bed. I feel like the headache has been manageable (only on 1mg) but both times had sleep issues the first day and maybe the 2nd. Just curious what other research rats have noticed or tried

I have noticed no difference between morning or evening pins and I have been on it since the beginning of the year. Of course, I have not had headaches, heart rate or sleep issues while taking it either.

Friday mornings around 10. Next week will be different, flying out early Thursday AM and back late Sunday. I'll figure something out.

You shouldn't be getting headaches from 1mg. Check your nutrition and check your electrolytes. You should be starting off every day with 500mg-1g of potassium

Morning time and afternoon are fine. I used to do before bed and let it kick in the next morning, but it was always too strong. I like taking it in the morning or afternoon then I get moderate suppression during the day and very strong suppression the next day.

everyone is different, do things based on YOU and treat all other suggestions as happy good natured folks offering fruitcake that you'll appreciate but never eat because it's not for YOU.
Their experience means zip, zero, nada to yours.

I inject so many it's more like morning, noon and night.

I can’t take that much potassium. I can’t even eat 2 bananas daily or my potassium gets too high.

It is worth remembering that absorption of GLP peptides is pretty slow, not exactly the same but between 12 to 48 hours after the dose to peak blood levels or about average of 24 hours, and peak side effects are usually at peak blood levels, and as the absorption is so slow the peak is pretty spread out over time, so what time of day you have a dose is more likely to effect side effects the next day than that day. People do seem to experience effects only a few hours after doses sometimes, so not sure if it is placebo or nocebo effects or if it is worse with rising drug blood levels.

Do you know why that is? Adequate intake for women is more than 2g. Bananas only have like 200mg.
No idea. I just know I’ve tried to take potassium to break down kidney stones and had to stop after just 1 dose because my level went too high. It’s frustrating as heck.

So my first thought would be sodium deficiency. Potassium sort of cancels out sodium, if you aren't getting a lot of sodium then you can't tolerate much potassium. I usually don't even mention this since your average American eats 2.3 large Pizza Hut pizzas per day.

Consulting with the AI, I am told that a magnesium deficiency could also cause this, or potentially an imbalance between copper and zinc.

I can't imagine not supplementing magnesium. If I could only choose one supplement/peptide/med for the rest of my life, it would have to be magnesium. My body goes to hell about three weeks after I stop taking it. Doctors Best or Now Foods magnesium glycinate are great.

Copper and zinc, I also have experience with. Supplementing zinc (and molybdenum which is in some NAC supplements) can cause a copper deficiency. I took zinc for many years and didn't heed the warnings, and I ended up giving myself MCAS because of the copper deficiency. My first time taking 2.5mg chelated copper made me feel high. Now, the deficiency is corrected and I supplement zinc most days, then I take a break and supplement copper (because zinc inhibits the update of copper).

I definitely recommend a trace mineral supplement if you don't take one. Zinc, copper, selenium, boron, all geeat stuff.

I take magnesium glycinate daily plus at least 1 dose of drip drop or LMNT electrolytes. I’m on GLOW daily so I get Copper. I’ve never used much salt so it’s possible, but it hasn’t showed in my labs- only the potassium is consistently out of whack.

Maybe I’ll try using more LMNT than drip drop. It’s super salty..

Might want to add in Zinc. But yeah, that's odd. It doesn't sound like a mineral imbalance to me necessarily, just sounds like something specific to your physiology or routine. at least you know!

LMNT is a very expensive way to get what's essentially table salt. You can just put table salt in water to achieve the same effect. The other "electrolytes" are just for show, you pick up plenty of them in diet and from a magnesium supplement, sodium and potassium are the real hydrators.

It was given to me by a friend who bought it and hated it. I have the recipe to make a home made version if I decide I neeeed it (which I don’t). I do use Drip Drop, mostly because I have needed to use electrolytes when I work in the yard for the past 10 years or I get heat sick, and Drip Drop tastes the best and provides a good dose of electrolytes.

My strange body has been an unending source of frustration and confusion my entire life. It doesn’t like to behave like most do, to my chagrin.

I don’t differentiate. Took the dose in the morning and late at night. Noticed no difference…

i like the night time dose. Shot and off to bed, woke up no headache or any weird fog feeling or kidney discomfort. That will be my new routine

I have slowly gone up to 3mg, but for the first few injections at 1mg at night, before bed. That left me feeling wired 24 hours later and it impacted my sleep. I moved to taking when I wake up and I don't have the same sleep issues I did. I am going up slowly though, as I don't want to rush and get too many side effects.
