Anyone else going through this on Reta? Seems like no matter how tired I am, I’m always waking up once per night. I don’t have any issues getting back to sleep, yet it’s still kind of annoying.

Looking for some solutions. I kinda like sleeping throughout the night.

Thank you

I was waking up a couple times per night, but after a few weeks its mostly resolved.

I’ve heard that, but I’m on my third month. It used to be worse in the beginning. It has tapered off considerably, but it’s still once a night. It’s not the worst thing in the world and definitely worth it.

Truth is I usually got up once a night before to use the bathroom, so that's kinda normal for me.

Only once? You're lucky. I wake up at midnight, 1 or 2 and can't go back to sleep for shit. I end up getting out of bed at 4-4:30 every damn morning. This started on the last few doses of 6mg and now at 8mg, it's terrible.
Yeah, there’s that too, the whole 4:30 thing. I can’t sleep past then. Even if I stay up late, I can’t. Makes the rest of the day kinda suck.

I sure does, doesn't matter how late I stay up, and am usually so tired I can't. Some afternoons I need to sleep some, and I hate napping. At least I know what's on the TV at 4:30, and get caught up on the 3 forums I on, and my TG groups. This is the only one with this GLP-1 subject.

Once a night? Youngsters. I got up three times a night before Reta and I still get up 3 times a night 10 weeks into Reta. The difference is that before Reta,I could fall back asleep in a couple minutes after the walk to the toilet. Now it takes me 30m to an hour every.time. Oh and my deep sleep got trashed.

Still looking for new things to try. I've tried almost everything suggested here so far except ashwaganda and epithalon. Glycine, melatonin, and magnesium seem to help. Nothing else for me.

I’m wondering if anyone has used Tesa or hgh and that helped out. If so, I’d like to give that a go. I just want to sleep well again. I also have sleep apnea but that has gotten better since losing weight, but it might still be the issue. I have an appointment this week for the sleep apnea. Hopefully, it helps.

Would be easier if you said "M/F" ; over or under 50...

Do you just wake up, or do you wake up to go to the bathroom? Do you live in an urban or rural area? Have there been any changes in your environment, such as a new road or a data center?

Have you checked your blood sugar recently? Your prostate? (hence the m/f?)

There are many ridiculous beliefs that lead many people to take drugs to help them sleep. Waking up during the night isn't necessarily a sign of a health issue, quite the contrary.

It is important to remember that in the preindustrial era, when there was little artificial lighting, the norm was a two or three phase sleep pattern. People spoke of a “second sleep.” There were social activities in the middle of the night. Artisans were working. Some renowned authors and scholars of the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment wrote in the middle of the night and have testified to this.

So, you may very well have had a good sleep in the first part of the night, and your body had gotten enough at that point.
A little reading, doing the accounts, polishing your shoes, batch cooking, stargazing… a small, pleasant or boring activity, and then you go back to bed for one or two sleep cycles.
Add a 10 to 20 minute nap after lunch, and you’ll be in top form.

Is THAT your dog???? Asking because I too own a snuggling, snuffling wrinkle monster.

51M here. Both CJC/Ipa and HGH have helped me get better sleep. I was already getting pretty good sleep before, but now even better.

I start my bedtime routine at the same time every night too, which is important for consistently good sleep.

Im not taking anything and still frequently wake up 2-3 times a night typically getting 4-6 hours of sleep. Reta (or other glp) are not my main interest with peptides, but I am still interested in them and knowing it can disrupt sleep kinda concerns me from starting to take it when I already dont typically get great sleep to begin with. im kinda wondering what might be best to stack with it help with sleep but since im not looking to start it now ill cross that bridge when I get to it. Im thinking if I did start reta I would likely be taking some GH compound with it because muscle retention would be a priority and Im wondering if the GH might help with sleep as well. It would be nice to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
