SLU-PP-332 as a Workout Replacement

@Someguy22922 I wonder if you could give us a breakdown -- some kind of reasonable guesstimate -- on the differences in bio availability from oral -> transdermal -> injectable?

And do you think there's any need to cycle -- like a 5 days on, 2 off -- to avoid increased tolerance?

Well that's part of why at this point I'm waiting. Dosages I've seen are anywhere from 250mcg to 10g. I've seen most people, which is maybe half a dozen, say dosages in the 1-3mg a day range. But literally zero before and after logs, posts with relevant information, or pics.

Not shooting it down at all, like I said I'm curious and interested. It's just that so far the cost vs benefit seems way off.

Idr exactly, I can't even find it now that I went looking. It's a dead thread and there wasn't any results posted, just dosage talk. Imo, I wouldn't take it seriously, I was just pointing out the crazy dosages ranges and lack of logs/results.

I'm all for the exchange of information and like to hear how something worked. When it comes to peps and supps whts really helpful is meaningful data. Logs with background are the best imo. But at the very least something like: SW of 220lb, 25% bf taken with calipers, I was working out 5x week, 3 resistance, 2 fasted cardio, for 6mo. Lost 30lb of fat in 5mo, progress stalled to 2lb lost in the last month, macros always on point as well as sleep. I added slu-pp-332 at 250mcg, 2x a day, no other changes, lost 8lb of fat while taking slu-pp-332 for 4 weeks.

I haven't seen anyone, anywhere I've looked make a statement like that. It's always just I'm losing weight. Okay, awesome, I'm happy for you and what your doing is working! But without some baseline information it's not really much of endorsement of a pep/supp. Imo at least.
 
I'm tracking dosage, measurements (weight, biceps, chest, etc), protein intake, feelz, and heart rate (just to make sure I'm not going to explode) & sharing updates (when things change) at another forum.

Just a few days into the experiment at this point, though, so no particularly useful data yet.

On prep I started slu 8 weeks out. Oral at 250 mcg twice a day. Once AM pre fasted cardio, once pre workout.

All prep I did not change my workout volume. I do PPLPPL off. 14 sets a workout.

Cardio was 30 mins of beat saber on expert+. Same as pre slu.

Not sure on body fat %'s. I came in quite shredded. My guess is 5% bodyfat.

The oral slu I took was from modernaminos, so it was tested. The transdermal I made myself and have HPLC tests for it. It's slightly overdosed.

First week lost 7 lbs.
2nd 4 lbs.
3rd 2 lbs.
4th nothing.
5th Switched to transdermal, 250 mcg x 2, same timing. Lost 3 lbs
6th same as 5th, lost 1 lbs
7th stopped. About time to get ready to peak.
8th peak week. Stopped all injectable, absolutely trashed my estrogen with 1 mg arimedex a day. 200 mg winny daily. Lost 14 lbs of water.

I'm super anal about diet. I rarely ever take cheat meals. I measude every piece of food I eat. This isn't some "I think I ate X amount of calories a day". I have all of my food logged for the past 800 or so days. I have a food scale in my car, at my gfs, and various at home. I don't eat food anyone other than me cooks as I don't trust them to accurately measure it.

I have clients that take slu. Latest one made 0 changes to his diet and lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. He isn't super strict about diet either as he and his wife just had twins.

Dope! Thanks for the details on this! We're you on any other super sports supplements besides slu during prep? Whats your bw? Are your clients lean already? Are they at least intermediate lifters?

It makes me wonder if you and your clients are seeing great results because you're a) on point b) already lean c) already trained or d) some combination.

That kind of makes me also wonder about people who say they've seen nothing from slu-pp-332. Are they relatively new and/or untrained, could it be that those people who add slu-pp-332 are adding it to soon along their fitness/heslth journey?

I'll try my best to address your list.

A) if you aren't on point, don't take drugs that may or may not have health risks.
B) the leaner you are, the harder fat loss is. Less insulin sensitivity benefits. I've seen less results in lean individuals
C) again, if you are going to use drugs, you should prob be doing some sort of resistance exercise.
D) the clients ranged from a woman trying to lose weight for her bday, 55 year old trt bro, competitive bodybuilders. Despite what I said about A and C, I tend to see better results in those who are untrained and not on a structured diet. There is just so much room for them to improve. I just don't think drugs are a long term solution. Some basic dieting principles and drugs, sure, I am fine with that.

Do you have much experience with PEDs? The genetic variation from person to person is mind blowing. I for example, can run 750 mgs of test E a week with 0 AI, other need lots on 150 mgs a week. Nandrolone makes me insanely depressed and limp dicked. Not the same for everyone. I can handle my tren. Others become massive assholes. Slu is no different than any other PED in this aspect. My best advice is, buy a small amount, and try it yourself.

If I had to fathom some sort of educated/ scientific guess why slu works for some and not others would be due to a lower density of estrogen receptors. It is an estrogen related receptor agonist after all.

Of course I was on other drugs during prep. There are two types of competitive bodybuilders. Ones who compete in untested competitions, and liars.

Tren, clen, mast, reta were all constant from week 12 on.

My show was Oct 27th. I am currently 202 lbs. 5 foot 8.5, prob 12-14% bodyfat.
