I'm not exactly telling this guy to stop taking it, am I? Or saying that you shouldn't be allowed to? I've simply said I wouldn't recommend it and why. I'm a strong proponent of letting adults put whatever they want in their body - I certainly ingest and inject plenty of things detrimental to my health.

We're on a public forum where this sort of thing is discussed and I'm expressing my opinion. I won't pretend to be sorry that I've upset your delicate sensibilities by talking about things, though.

I didn't take any offense to your reply what so ever haha. Sounded like a scientific and reasonable approach to me. Loads of ppl wait for new compounds to have established results in the community before taking them.

I understand there might be severe long term implications. I am a grown ass man and can decide for myself if I accept that risk, which I clearly do.

Yep! I think that's a perfectly reasonable thing to do. You're a grown ass adult, there's scientific evidence of benefit in rodent studies, we know that these results sometimes carry through to humans, there are anecdotal reports of it carrying through to humans, you've got evidence that the benefit is there for you, and you're aware that there are potentially unknown risks. At that point there's not a single thing I can or would say against the choice.


And really, the making an informed choice as an adult is really all it takes. If you decided you wanted to just mainline mercury for some reason and knew what the risks are of that, then fuck it, you do you.
 
Typically companies try to avoid injections during to piss poor patient compliance. I didn't see anything on oral bioavailability anywhere, but I didn't scan deeply for it. They don't even mention trying an oral suspension or pill.

Working on freeze drying it now. I think to reconstitute you, one would need to provide a specific reconstituion liquid.
That makes sense as most people will never want to self inject anything.

All the studies did an ip injection in the mice which seems to be a preferred method for animal studies. I'm not sure how similar that is to a subq or IM injection though.

Edit to add: they used 10/10/80 dmso, some surfactant called tween solution, and phosphate buffered saline.

Based off experience I use 10 / 40 / 10 / 40 DMSO / Peg 300 / Tween 20 (not 80, 80 is meant for oil and just floats on top completely separated) / type 1 HPLC water

If you want increased solubility, you can add 100 mg / ml 2 hydroxypropyl beta cyclo dextrin to the HPLC grade water.
 
I am taking 20mg twice a day, once in morning and once at lunch. I am doing my BP multiple times a day, HR on apple watch, and getting blood panels done weekly for the next 8 weeks while I try this out. I’m currently doing 9mg of muscle tirz every 5 days and going to the gym doing splits 4x a week with 15m elliptical cardio each time.

Let’s see what happens!

I’m not taking any other major supplementation during the experiment.
