Yeah. We call it allodynia…
That's what it sounds like to me but surely they'd already know of "it"?
I bought some PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide) from Amazon and strangely enough it actually seems to be working. Sensation has significantly decreased, where it's been there for months.
Well, that sucks. Being afflicted that long. No wonder many cease using whatever is the cause or suspect of it.

It mostly started after going to 8mg of reta, and that's been going for a couple months. But since adding PEA, it seems to be back to normal.

I had allodynia for a good 2-3 weeks. No change in dose, only the vendor. Came on kinda fast, went away somewhat abruptly.

I'm so glad I saw this post. I'm curious how exactly it affects others? I get a hot pins and needles sensation when my body gets warm or hot. It's very uncomfortable and makes me afraid to get stuck in an overly warm place and restricts my ability to do exercise. I had no idea it could have been from the glp... I have had this happen to me before when I wasn't taking a glp, but it wasn't as severe as it is now and it just went away on its own. Ugh. Maybe I'll have to go back to tirz.

Thank you! I’m going to try this immediately. The allodynia is my only issue with Reta. I haven’t been able to take anymore than 5-6mg/week because mine is so terrible. And I’ve had it ever since I started at 6mg, so I pin 2mg every 3rd day. I still have bouts with it, but not as badly when I split it up.

Mine is a tingle and little pulses from my ankle up through my calf. Only on 1 leg. Not painful. Just weird. Only at 1.8 mg/week but has been consistent since starting reta. Will keep that PEA tip in mind for future reference!
