here from the latest Reta trial results ( first I'd heard of it ) is what many of us refer to as allodynia? The descriptions sure sound similar.

I bought some PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide) from Amazon and strangely enough it actually seems to be working. Sensation has significantly decreased, where it's been there for months.

I’m really surprised that the side effect was not significant enough in the phase 2 trials to report. It’s not an uncommon side effect in this community.

Well, that sucks. Being afflicted that long. No wonder many cease using whatever is the cause or suspect of it.

It mostly started after going to 8mg of reta, and that's been going for a couple months. But since adding PEA, it seems to be back to normal.

I had allodynia for a good 2-3 weeks. No change in dose, only the vendor. Came on kinda fast, went away somewhat abruptly.
