I think in your newness you're missing the rhythm of the buy. After paying a seasoned buyer sits it out. At most some vendors will send you an address confirmation days after you think you sent crypto into a black hole. Some vendors don't communicate at all. There is a language barrier and the fewer words you use the better. "Transaction Hash", "payment", "tracking", "lost package", "please help" etc way more effective than sentences or paragraphs. You can expect a brief cut and paste response to any concerns you might have. All communication should be in one thread or original order email. Don't bounce around email, telegram, Whatsapp etc with your questions.
Thirty days is a threshold for vendors where contacting them before is not fruitful. If it's been crickets after thirty days this is when the "lost package" email usually gets a swift answer. (Even from Tracy QSC rip).
You ordered at the worst possible time in memory. Everything in every forum warned against ordering during the CN holiday and the current US import climate. That being said I'm pretty confident you'll get your SRY order. If you ordered from Lucy s/he's a dimwit and I'd throw shim under the bus after a few weeks and forward your thread to Alan.
If you look at my icon next to my user name it's the familiar "label created" we've all seen after contacting a vendor. News Flash... They create these to appease inquiries. There's no package to stick it on... It's in transit (maybe) from China. The one pictured is from 1st week of November. I contacted vendor last week of December. "Lost Package" (there was never a package, just a label) this took the vendor off the hook of responsibility and they responded with "yup, lost, reship 9400xxxxx" rcvd package in 3 days (9 weeks total).
Stop throwing money at it.
