I just ordered from the US Warehouse. Paid Thursday and was delivered Saturday. I’ve done four orders with SRY - zero issues

Just wanted to provide an update on the SRY situation (long post)

When i originally posted about this--I had also reached out to another SRY rep who was pretty helpful and was able to get Lisa to finally respond to my outreach after weeks of silence. Their issue was that they claimed to have never received payment. After days of back and forth I realize that the issue was that there was a miscommunication about which coin to use--and I sent BTC to their Solana wallet (i'm dumb, i know). The transacation however, was sucessful.

I have shown lots of detail about how the transaction was successful to their wallet- including screenshots from solscanner- and that they'll need to add correct token to be able to see that the transaction went through- i've provided very thorough step by step instructions on how to do so- but i just got another message from Lisa this morning saying that they still unable to view funds.

I also messaged Alan on discord when I originally posted this last week, but there's not yet been a response.I re-sent the insturctions to Lisa today and asked if there was anyone else i can reach out to. I also plan on messaging Alan again, but if they continue to claim they can't find it- i guess i'm just shit out of luck....
What was specifically said with the bitcoin/solana mixup?

It's not like an ethereum blockchain wallet address can just 'turn on' bitcoin - they're different networks. The transaction appearing as successful doesn't mean much, beyond it being confirmed on the chain - you still might have sent it to a non-existent wallet with it being lost forever.

If SRY told you to do the wrong thing, it's on them and it would be reasonable for you to argue they should make it right. If they told you to do the right thing and you didn't do it, unfortunately, there's not much reason for them to take responsibility - there's no way for them to get that payment.

so paying a little more and using a card/paypal probably evens out with the total losses one experiences with cyrpto?
Unless credit card fees are $375 yup! (In my 1st crypto mistake) Sometimes crypto fees exceed credit/PayPal fees and that's not even accounting for market fluctuation. Those with crypto this week know what I mean.

If you pay careful attention to what you're doing there's no reason to expect to lose money with crypto.

I've never sent things to the wrong wallet or network, etc. I'm still not a particular fan of crypto. When it comes to buying the network coin to pay for the transaction, and dealing with different exchange rates from where you're buying the coin vs. what the vendor is seeing, you can end up with a lot of hidden costs.

I don't want to risk AAS/HGH from international vendors, though, and all the domestic suppliers require you use crypto, so I'm stuck.

but there still is no way to force a vendor to provide their product as there is with credit/paypal.

I've placed a few orders with different vendors and I'm probably a few $K in. I'm still surprised when my order shows up. I'm like no red flags here. I'm just ordering research peptides off Whatsapp from a transexual in China paying with Bitcoin. What could go wrong? I have lost one order of reta with qsc, but I am still trusting Tracy will return to make good. And why would I thrust that? IDK, but I get more warm and fuzzies from China Gray's than Novo.

I don’t trust Tracy to make good on my reta order. Otherwise I agree.

i've gotten refunds on things a few times. force vendor to provide product or get a refund.
I got a crypto refund easily from Tracy about a day before QSC went dark. Had I used wire transfer, it would have taken weeks. Also be careful since PPal has shut down accounts for buying gray market.

yet, there are many that have paid and received nothing, which could have been remedied by credit card or paypal processes.

Whether they can use Alibaba depends how many orders they have used through it in a given time
Interesting. Well, I just used it again today for another order, so they must be able to right now.

I like using Alibaba because of the layer of protection for orders. I then use my Afterpay account, which is another layer on top of that. I just don’t feel I’ll ever be comfortable with crypto.

I’ve just had issues with SRY too. I sent funds via Coinbase to their address, have confirmation of receipt, and they are claiming they didn't receive.

I found this with Nexaph. Ended up paying with PayPal. Nexaph onsite conversion from USD to BTC was over $30 in their favor. Paypal was $6. You've always got to be on guard with these guys.

Find the transaction id. If you cannot find that on coinbase, take the wallet address the supplier gave you. Go on google and put "search the blockhain". Go to one of the search siotes and enter the wallet address, and it will show that the bitcoin was sent. The girl tried pulling this shit on me. Maybe she thinks Canucks are stupid I don't know. She claimed that I needed to send a screenshot tyo confirm the payment LOL. I said get fucked, blockchain shows it was received. After some back and forth and posting my experience on here as well as complaining to the contact email, I got a response that the payment was indeed received.

Coinbase loves for you to use the "Base" network (even defaults to it). I haven't found a vendor who takes it. Base is a black hole! Hopefully you used ERC20 (Eth) or Sol etc...

you really think they're looking at that? if they had a problem with the vendor they wouldn't allow the charge in the first place.

i guess we'll find out if i ever have a problem.

yea, and i know the CIA is looking thru every one of our emails and texts. we're that important.

i am a new crypto user (but i am a tech pro, this is not confusing to me). I did find it wild to think that you can send a certain crypto currency to a specific address, but choose the wrong network, and your crypto/money is just gone, lost forever. does the same wallet address exist on multiple networks but belong to different users? that's insane, these wallet ids should be 100% unique.

imagine a credit card reader charging your mastercard $500 and your vendor saying "oh sorry i'm on the visa network, i didn't receive your payment" and your $500 is just gone forever, apparently it went to some anon honeypot in abu dhabi, and nothing in the process caught this or stopped it.
