i think some of y'all need to look up the word "scam." buying underground lab drugs online and then learning that they aren't up to pharma standards is not being scammed, it's being unclear about the situation you've put yourself in. buying from a vendor that doesn't have a reship policy and then not getting a reship after seizure isn't being scammed, it's again being unclear about the situation youve put yourself in. placing an order then learning that in the meantime what you wanted is no longer in stock is not being scammed, it's you feeling disappointed. even the unfortunate situation of sending money to your drug dealer who is then busted by the authorities isnt you being scammed, it's your dealer getting busted.

being scammed is sending money to a crypto wallet and having them ghost you intentionally. getting a low purity product isn't a scam, nor is your dealer being busted, these are simply the risks you take every single time if you're not buying the stuff from a white coat at Walgreens.
 
What about making a post with permanent links that don't expire? Would that be allowed?
They used to post it in their thread. They haven't posted this one which is why I'm questioning it.

To be clear, I never said they scammed me, but the service has been shit. Who takes a week to confirm a payment? Oh you're busy, well get your head in the game and get your shit together. I should not have had to come and post here in order to get an honest reply. I explained to this character that a transaction id confirms the payment and they still took a week. Maybe you are ok not knowing for a week whats going on with a few thousand dollars but I am not. Sticking up for vendors is something you will never see from me. I'll give praise on each order if the order goes well and the product tests well. You're in a business, do your job or step aside and let others take the market that can do it properly!
 
I received all of my big order from SRY-Lisa and I am still waiting for a subsequent smaller T15 kit. While the communication may have been a little less frequent than usual and the shipping wasn’t quite as fast as promised- it was unequivocally still fast by any standards and I am pleased.

Still have not received my order from your favourite rep from SRY. Ordered feb 4, almost 6 weeks ago and no acknowledgement of the seizure that's staring me plain in the eyes on the tracking website.

They have now admitted that the order was seized and want to reship it. I have told them I want a refund in full, and they have yet to acknowledge my request.
 
Most vendors only offer reships, not refunds. And if the reship gets seized you might get nothing at all.

I don’t always like the answers I get either, friend, but getting angry at people for trying to help isn’t constructive. Every vendor in grey is shady to some extent. Many will lie to us to get sales, and many will try to get out of accountability.

Reships are just an added bonus. Package seizures are the risk we are willing to take. You know that going in. And you decided to take the risk. Can’t really be mad.

I'm not sure where I acted like I was defending their business practices or thought they were deserving of any customer service awards.

I'm just informing you of the reality of working with drug dealers. You're outside of the bounds of consumer protection laws here. Even if you paid with a method that allows disputing payments, you might want to take a look at the terms of service for using them - most of them are going to have policies against these sorts of purchases, and someone handling a chargeback or paypal dispute or whatever might look into what the purchase is and close your account.

I am not angry at all. The aim of my last post was to project a feeling of caution towards other members when ordering from this vendor, as well as call out the obvious fact that some people for some unbeknownst reason would rather defend a company over the consumer. The reason refunds are so important are because some companies will promise you the world and fail to deliver. If you don't offer a refund, say so. If I actually thought the service was great with this company, I would absolutely ask for a reship.

The company in question has lied to me so many times since the first week of February, that it is near unfathomable at this point. I will continue to give honest feedback on any vendor, and you have my apologies if you interpret that as anger towards other members. The service has been so poor that I just want my money back. I hope that all makes better sense.

Final note, I find it a tad peculiar that the guy who loves this company so much, wants me to give him a tracking in private message. No problem, let me identify myself to you. Do you also want my bank account information and a picture of my ID?
