Hello everyone 🙂

Has anyone placed an order in January from sry lisa? I placed one Jan 3 and it hasn’t arrived so I tried placing a second order from them but from a US warehouse and they aren’t replying 😭, I don’t know what to think… did I get taken or is this normal due to the current political climate?? Also can someone provide sry Allan contact info? Thanks ❤️❤️❤️

Keep in mind "normally" for them is consistent with China drug trade standards, not Amazon or Door Dash... It's going to be weeks. If "Lisa" isn't responding I'd forward your communications with shim to Alan with a simple subject "please help".

Same here, ordered from Simo on Tuesday evening (paid crypto), received shipment today (Saturday). Four days, which included a trip half-way across the US.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was! I’ve dealt with a bunch of vendors and couldn’t believe how quick and painless this was! Especially after reading so many horror stories over the last month.

I think we got lucky, what we needed was actually in the US warehouse and they were ready to ship. Often the SRY rep will say it is in the US, but after you place the order they tell you the US is out of stock and it will come from CN.

I have ordered from CN in the past and it took about three-weeks (back in October) but again, got lucky going through customs. Three-weeks isn't bad but 4 days is almost Cain-like and satisfies my need to GET IT NOW!

Almost too easy, lol. I like the excitement of thinking I got scammed lol

Yup. Sry dragged ass so bad in the Fall 🍂 I had to double check I didn't order from QSC. Same BS, same bait with US product ("increase order to CN MOQ for free ship") same eventual delivery of product.

That being said I've ordered from them since and will again. Vendors are getting scarce, they could probably get away with 2 letter names.

With the US warehouse sold out and shipping from CN to the US suspended I am thinking they are all offline. Their discord is dead with the exception of a couple of meso types chatting with each other.

If you have questions on an existing order, Alan is your guy. I just think they are taking the weekend off since they can't ship anything.

It's also the weekend. They take their weekends and holidays seriously... No soup for you! 🍜 (until maybe Monday 😁)
 
Is it normal that I paid with bitcoin for an order early morning last Tuesday, and the whatsapp rep is still telling me lies that she needs to confirm the payment? I sent her a screenshot of the payment as well as the transaction ID. Fortunately it was a small order. Did I get scammed? Can someone message me Alans contact so I can message someone that takes customer concerns more seriously than the whatsapp representative? From Canada by the way, if that helps in any way.

Sry isn’t scamming people that way. Maybe you get a bad order but for sure not scamming about payment

SRY hasn't scammed me. However, I did read when I was new to this forum that everyone who purchases grey will eventually be scammed. I'm certain that was hyperbole: I'm confident there are some folks who have not yet been scammed. However, I purchased from from Tracy/QSC in January using crypto. Then Tracy/QSC disappeared. It looks like I'm not going to receive the reta I paid for. Meanwhile my reta order from SRY arrived. Since I began to doubt my QSC reta order would arrive, I also ordered again from SRY so that I'd have a surplus. That second SRY reta order arrived 7 days after I had ordered. SRY likely isn't scamming TheSavante.

I'm in the same boat brother, even if Tracy never comes back, I have no regrets with my missing reta from January, but I do check daily for her return. My favorite part of the pep game is watching the Communist Chinese participate in a free market. Their prices, until recently have been getting lower and lower because of competition and purity is most instances is very good. All the online communities are very quick to spread the word and call out vendors that do dirty. Crazy to say, but I feel more confident buying gray from China because I am able to fully vet the vendor and see direct results from the batch I'm getting. Funny to see people knock gray and trust Novo. I rather trust what I can see with my own eyes.
 
I don’t know if Lisa is just part time. She’s spotty at best. She barely answers. And then 4 days in she finally got back to me and said she had to confirm payment. I had to get another rep involved to confirm payment. Which was BTC and confirmed in 16 minutes. The other rep pushed my order along and finally Lisa got back to me shipping one of two packages. Still waiting on the second to ship. I think it shipped today because I got a shipment notification text but still no answer from her confirming that.
 
SRY-Simo was very responsive for me. I just went to their discord server to see who was online and DM'd her. I just checked their server though and it seemed pretty dead. Every SRY contact I searched hadn't posted today so maybe they have the day off? The are shipping from the US warehouse again though.
 
SRY-Hailey is online now (on the SRY discord) if anyone needs to place an order.
 
It took about a week from payment to get confirmation and then another day to get a tracking number from Lisa.

But I'm in no rush so didn't bother me any.
 
I made the switch from sry lisa to sry simo and she is awesome. She provided a new tracking number for an order I placed 6 weeks ago and she answers quickly on discord.
