SS-31 and Mots-c Protocol

Here's a ss31 mots nad protocol some are personalizing.
My ss31 dose began at 1mg and I chose to titrate up to 3mg max.
Jay Cambell and Hunter Williams protocol doses are always more aggressive then say Dr Seeds. They may be going for an increased athletic performance effect and the later may be an anti aging and/or general repair effect; speculating. I suspect dosing for men and dosing for women based on kgs may be different as well.
Part of testing is finding personal sweet spot dosing.
This is the protocol I started researching. Began week 3 today with the addition of 4mg SS-31 and upping the NAD+ to 50mg. Not much to report, maybe some extra energy. Will add some exercise to see if the subject has more endurance.

well i am adding some other things in there, but i will do lipids, hormones, cmp/cbc, havent fully reserached yet. might not start until jan., had something come up that will make me travel a lot last week of december and might just wait to start massive peptide switch.
 
Starting my 4th week now. This is the first experiment that requires daily ingggexshuns. No noticeable side effects reported. Energy boost is modest. Once the mitochondria have been enhanced there may be more noticeable energy and endurance gains.
 
Anyone running SS-31 ever experience any mid day crash from it? I was reading some people saying they are just dead tired after the first part of the day when taking it in the morning.

I've also read that some people say 4mg is too much and they have better results with 3mg or less. Can anyone weigh in on this with personal experiences?

Yes. Sometimes it happens despite best efforts but part of it is you’re depleting methyl donor groups and crashing when too low. You need to take some NAD+ and TMG Betaine. NAD+ is like 100 mg twice per week and Betaine is 4,000 mg split into day and night doses

Finished 1 week of daily dosing of 4mg SS-31. Energy boost is modest and no reports of crashing. All doses administered in the morning so far.
 
Yes. The plan I’m following calls for 4mg daily for 6 weeks.
Yeah I think I plan to follow the same one your posted. It seems to be make the most sense to me of all the ones I've looked into. I still need to acquire the materials so something could change between now and then for which one I use. But I'm not sure about starting at 4mg. Probably will try 2 and work up from there.

I read through the logic and benefits expected from the protocol. Kinda new at this research business and didn’t read any ill effects from SS-31. So far, so good. Anxious to begin MOTc part of the protocol. It will be a first for me as well.
