GLP-1 Novice
This is the protocol I started researching. Began week 3 today with the addition of 4mg SS-31 and upping the NAD+ to 50mg. Not much to report, maybe some extra energy. Will add some exercise to see if the subject has more endurance.Here's a ss31 mots nad protocol some are personalizing.
My ss31 dose began at 1mg and I chose to titrate up to 3mg max.
Jay Cambell and Hunter Williams protocol doses are always more aggressive then say Dr Seeds. They may be going for an increased athletic performance effect and the later may be an anti aging and/or general repair effect; speculating. I suspect dosing for men and dosing for women based on kgs may be different as well.
Part of testing is finding personal sweet spot dosing.
