A good sign for people waiting - at least some are arriving.

I placed two seperate orders.

One for T20 and T30 and the other for R30 the day they all went ‘dark’

Feared the worst, but lo and behold both orders arrived towards the end of last week with no tracking details. I fully expected to lose what I had spent. Not ideal but could handle that. I appreciate that others may not be in the same financial position.

So can now survive a little while now while this all blows over and normal service is resumed once again

Hopefully others will start receiving their missing orders soon.

I was given a 10 digit number on 27th August. It doesn't work in any of the tracking apps or websites.

👎That's frustrating. I don't even know any carriers that use 10-digit numbers (if in the US). Unless DHL, I don't know anything about DHL.

DHL tracking numbers are 10 or 16 digits. FedEx12, USPS 22, various Chinese carriers like Smurfs use alphanumerics.

"For anyone losing hope, I received my last package from SSA today. It was USPS. Checking tracking showed the label was created but they hadn’t received it, but it showed up at my door. 4 for 4 on packages ordered between 9/9 and 9/11."

Keep hope alive! Customs is weird about holding onto stuff for a long time sometimes, I assume it's because, for whatever reason, their detection equipment took a special interest in it. I've had that happen, but strangely it's just showed up after nearly a month delay a few times (and not even opened?) Also, if customs decides there's a no-no material in your package, you'd get a nastygram in the mail about it. If you haven't gotten that, my bet is it will show up.

Have you tried 517track? It was the only site that worked for me for tracking my package for the first 6 weeks or so.

17track.net also works well and is more English language friendly. 17track lets you specify the carrier and will suggest possibilities based on country. Make sure you use 17track.net - the URL extension matters.

Im seeing that the orders from the promo Aug 21-27 ish all seem to be stuck. I have usps tracking but it just says "package acceptance pending." I suspect them claiming that my $400 worth of peps was $14 worth of cleaner or mascara brushes or whatever got the stuff sent back. Unfortunately, last time this happened with another vendor I never even got a letter so no way to know for sure what happened.

To be honest, I'm still stuck on SSA's willful failure to batch-ID properly, making it all a "feels" gamble.

Yes, exactly. Which is the same as printing up new-date labels every month and starting to use them when the old labels run out, as they do. And never change up the cap color.

That's why we group-test what's presented as a new batch, and why we don't ever just rely on the cap color. When we see one numbered/dated batch come in too exactly the same as the previous one, we can at least start to ask questions.

Package acceptance pending? That sounds more like the courier has yet to receive the item. SSA is probably not going to deliver it to the courier now.

Its usps out of Georgia so Im.assuming i only have the last mile tracking, ie the reshipper. Usually ill see movement once it passes customs and the reshipper stateside has it.

I once had to wait about 4 weeks for my item to pass through customs. Fortunately, SSA had done such a good job with packaging that the item arrived in good condition even though it bore the green tape showing customs had opened the package. I'll miss having SSA and SRY although I suspect we'll soon have new go to vendors who will have even lower prices.
