Are you trying their US warehouse?

I only have ordered from SRY for their warehouse since they don't have a MOQ, at least historically. Allen (ABC) also seems good for small warehouse orders.

So far sry has been more responsive to me. Ssa seems to forget we were in an ordering discussion.

I’ve used both. I had good experiences with both. I very much like Hailey from SRY and therefore used SRY for my last order.

I have also been pretty happy with SRY lately. They had some bad hiccups in the past and it seems they are working harder to clean up their reputation. I also like WBS, but they do not have a US warehouse so you have to deal with customs.

SSA is VERY affordable, and I'm on a tight budget so I rather have patience and deal with SSA for the cheaper prices. Have used them twice now and although communication and packages takes a long time..I still got them and like their products. They are also willing to re-ship your products twice if customs seize them (especially with everything going on now) so I'm sticking with them for that reason also.

Ok thanks. I have a package ordered from both, so I'm going to compare. Their prices from China seems pretty comparable, but I'm curious about the shipping, logistics, and customer side too. SRY sent me photos of the goods before shipping, which is a nice touch I think since you can join a testing group before it even arrives.

I have used both extensively.
I like both but with SSA, when placing a big order, they work with you a lot more vs SRY.
Since I am now waiting for more than a month on the 2nd replacement order for my 13 kits. I am putting SRY on hold until I get that order in. (I placed an order with them and got the package in 10 days)

But lately. SSA has become my Go to Vendor, and they have been treating me very well.

Ordering from US is cool and all when the stock lasts.
lately I have ordered from CN.

in all honesty. I have had more issues with SRY than SSA.
(purity, loss of shipment, delays, contamination (unknown matter in vials, T12 and the Recent T30 green top)

SSA gives a 3 percent discount for using crypto, but you have to remind them of their own discount.

I follow their discord, doesn't seem very likely. I think getting anything into Canada right now is a bit problematic.

Got my order from SSA today - 7 days since ordering to receiving it from China to Europe. That's the fastest one yet. SRY will probably take a while yet as I ordered it after.

Ordered twice from SRY china warehouse. Was unproblematic and both batches tested well. Although they did have some oopsies recently when it comes to contamination and under filling, so who knows.

I placed an order with SSA on July 23, with a confirmed wire transfer, they are claiming they still haven't received the money 2 weeks later. Just a heads up.

On the plus side the rep has been fairly responsive. On the downside my bank has traced the money and confirm it was deposited into their account with their registration. I will probably initiate some sort of reverse from my bank within the next few days.

That's why I only use crypto now, it's received within 60 seconds usually and you get a transaction ID you can verify it publicly. Wire transfers are too error prone IMO when you're dealing with China.

I bought crypto for that purpose (BTC on Paypal), but couldnt figure out how to send it to them. I should probably find some sort of tutorial on youtube video because I have zero crypto experience.

I too pay in crypto. However, one has to be careful. Send the wrong form of payment to the wrong wallet and you may lose your money.
