I read somewhere that you shouldn't take TESA with Reta because they work in opposite ways. Is that correct?
Cool. What dosage were you taking?Took Reta & Tesa together for 3 months. Maintained 1.5-2lbs/wk weight loss, got a dexa scan & confirmed 50% reduction in visceral fat. Highly recommend this stack.
I'll be starting this steak on Tuesday and would like to hear your protocol also. I'm planning on running 330mcg, for 4 weeks, then 500 mcg for 4.Took Reta & Tesa together for 3 months. So why do they even blend it at a 1:1 ratio. If I titrate up to a 2mg dose is that too much ipamorelin? The clinical dose of Tesamorelin is 2 mg (2000 mcg). 330 mcg to 500 mcg would be a waste of time and money and probably less than the Minimum Effective Dose. I have not heard of anyone taking less than 1 mg, but 2 mg is recommended if you want to mirror the results of the trials.
