I read somewhere that you shouldn't take TESA with Reta because they work in opposite ways. Is that correct?

Two completely different peptides that work on completely different pathways. I have not seen any legit (if there is such a thing in this space) documentation saying not to take them together. Quite the opposite, actually.

Took Reta & Tesa together for 3 months. Maintained 1.5-2lbs/wk weight loss, got a dexa scan & confirmed 50% reduction in visceral fat. Highly recommend this stack.
I'll be starting this steak on Tuesday and would like to hear your protocol also. I'm planning on running 330mcg, for 4 weeks, then 500 mcg for 4.
Thanks

The clinical dose of Tesamorelin is 2 mg (2000 mcg). 330 mcg to 500 mcg would be a waste of time and money and probably less than the Minimum Effective Dose. I have not heard of anyone taking less than 1 mg, but 2 mg is recommended if you want to mirror the results of the trials.

So why do they even blend it at a 1:1 ratio. If I titrate up to a 2mg dose is that too much ipamorelin?

Live and learn I guess. I thought going with a blend like GLOW70 would give me the best of both worlds, skin health from the GHK-CU, and the improved healing from the BPC157 and TB-500. But I found out that blend was not belonged in favor of the bpc and TB.

Perhaps I should order a few vials of Tesa to take with the blend for an appetizer.

I have never seen a blend of Tesa/Ipa at a 1:1 ratio. CJC1295 (no DAC)/Ipa is another story as both dose very well around 250 mcg. Maybe that is what you are thinking of. If you have found a blend of Tesa/Ipa that is a 1:1 ratio, run.

I'm getting from Uther. I just assumed if they were blending it that way, it was on purpose. I should have done the 10:3. Damn. I gotta find that vendor that does the half kits and order some standalone Tes.

After reading through their price list, they have a few blends that do not make any sense. CJC 6 mg and Ipa 11mg blend makes absolutely no sense. They dose out very similarly. Why would you have 6 of one and 11 of the other?

Everyone should be stacking reta with tesa/ipa.

Lipolysis from BOTH reta and gh release, you will drop body fat 10x faster than reta alone.

I've had great results, def recommend.

IDK. It really screwed up my calendar. I planned on starting it along with MOTS-C and NAD+ this week. I gotta find a deal on Tesa. The one supplier I had that does have half kits doesn't have Tesamorelin.
I don't want to wait 3 weeks on China.

I took Tesa 5x a week at 2mg. The FDA studies that documented VAT reduction in HIV patients had them taking 2mg daily. 5 days a week was very effective for me. See what you prefer.

I do not take more than 100-200mcg Ipamorelin, so I never understood the concentrations in any of the blends. I would definitely avoid those, as you do not want to take less than 2mg Tesa, which would have you taking far more Ipa from the blend than the generally recommended dose of 100mcg.

I have ordered a kit of 10mg Tesa. I'll probably work my way to to 1.75mg and take it along with a 300 mcg dose of the Tesa/IPA blend.
