I have been on GLP for 2 years. I’ve lost 75 lbs but still have 30-35 more to go. My loss has slowed pretty substantially over the last year (not that it was ever fast). I am losing about 1 lb/month at most. I’ve had several stalls and months where I’ve lost nothing. I have definitely gained muscle though! I am happy with where my body is and happy with where I am going. I am looking to get this last stretch of weight off and hit my goal. BMI is currently 30.

I have 4 months left in my tirz supply. I am thinking of combining with cagri to break through all these stalls. After being on this for 2 years I think I need something more. Current dose is 12.5mg. I went up to 15 with no difference.

Wondering if anyone is pairing these. I am also wondering if the calories go way down, what happens in a maintenance phase? I am currently around 1600 cals/day, lifting 3 days a week.

Hi there.

I added Cagri to my Tirz regimen when I stalled out too. It seemed to do the trick to get things moving again but now I'm trying to find a maintenance program that works for me. I was at 15mg Tirz when I stalled and added Cagri. Started at 0.5 then 1.0 and saw nothing so jumped to 2.5mg and things started to happen. IME - Cagri did make me really tired for a few days post dosing. I'm thinking of going off it now and trying to maintain on Tirz alone. Your mileage may vary but Cagri does work and does have some side effects. Best.

Thanks! I was on sema for about 10 mos with no sides and I haven’t had any sides with tirz, either. I am not too worried about sides, but I also don’t want to throw my money away!

IME - Cagri did work but as I said, I tried a couple of lower doses and then just said "the hell with it" and went to what I read to be the max dose 2.5mg. So I wouldn't consider giving it a shot throwing your money away.
