Hi All,
I was on sema from last Nov to July this year. Lost weight (5kg on the smaller doses) When i hit the 2.4mg does got strong side effects, Fatigue and Sadness. This sent me into spiral, with my BED and I put the weight back on 🙁 So i stopped.

Looking to start reta, however unsure of what dose to start at? Initially was thinking about 0.5mg, but then I have been glp-1 before so I might be adpated to it.
Maybe I'll start with the 2mg dose as per the trails.

Anyone any thoughts on this?

Thanks

There’s not as much GLP agonist in Reta as Sema. Most study participants start at least 2mg Reta for 4 weeks to get buildup in body. Sides are odd, hydrate with electrolytes well. Dry mouth and sensitive skin are things to look for, just know it might be the Reta. Don’t go up too fast, there’s a hell of a difference in dose increases. Take your time.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I has sensitive skin with Sema aswell. Need to be more focused this time round. Last time i wasn't strict about calorie counts ( although it was lower, due to reduced noise), hydration ( although i was getting through 2 litres, potassium+himalyian salt).
Was getting 2 heavy weights sessions in with my PT. Defo needed to do more carido, this was stiffled due to fatigue, at the higher doses.

Thanks

I had some fatigue at first, but it was on injection day. Someone said pin at night and that was the ticket. If I’m tired while sleeping, it’s a win-win!

Curious about why you're going to reta instead of trying out tirz first? Not judgy, but I'm used to thinking of sema-tirz-reta sorta as big, bigger, biggest and curious about what made you pick reta.
